I will never recommend Vijay Sales to anybody , I bought Symphony Room Cooler from them, delivered very next day , after opening , I found some scratches and one side cover lock is not up to mark. I send photos , request them to replace , first day they responded , next day , nobody picking the call , no response, one employee says , doosre se baat karo, doosra says, pahle wale se baat karo. I felt like a football. Their role is upto sale, Very pathetic customer care service, Professional training must be given to them , how to deal with the customer, Totally Casual attitude.

Vijay sales is one of best shop for electronics when compared to its competitors like croma, sargam electronics, electronics paradise etc. They will offer you price much cheaper than its competitors and also match the online rates too even I bought washing machine, AC, and other appliances at much cheaper rates even from online gaints like Flipkart and Amazon. Must visit them and checkout their attractive deals and offers on Credit cards and Bajaj finserv emi options.

I was visited first time @ vijay sales janak puri & purchased one refrigerator. They have delivered a faulty piece, I was surprised that the handle of refrigerator is loosed & came out from its body . I m not satisfied this of service provided by vijay sales..

Sh Roshan and Sh Naunit has explained the Vivo Mobile Model Y300 brilliantly and due to this I bought this without second thought. Thanks to both for providing detailed information. Such people are backbone in Marketing Industry. Best of luck to both.

Customer friendly place....most of the branded products found & price negotiable to some extent. Paid for AC in the evening & to my surprise unit was delivered next day morning & company(Blue Star) installing team fixed, that very day before evening... appreciate the backup team of Vijay sales & Blue Star...👍
