"I purchased a laptop from Vijay Sales on November 10, 2023, expecting a brand-new device. However, upon bringing it home and using it, I encountered severe performance issues. The laptop constantly hangs, making it almost unusable, and to add to the frustration, the battery drains completely within 30 minutes. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this product to others."

Great variety available... with discounts.. you need to negotiate a little for more discount...as they can bundle schemes with cards and other offers...but great value. Girish has good customer service and courtesy as he was dealing with us for fridge and gave us great offer.

I have been trying to connect to the number to book my AC service. But no one responds to the call and after sometime call goes busy continuously. I faced same issue last time in October when i tried connecting.

Very poor service. I purchased 2 kenstar coolers kenstar mahakool120 & Kenstar talleso 105 on 3 June 2024 with full payment of 27k in one go. Received kenstar talledo 105 in a which wasn't packed well. Upon questioning the delivery guy, he said 'boxes end up tearing apart it happens while delivering'. While unboxing called 105 no manual found and Cooler pump wasn't working. Informing Vijay sales sales rep (Shashikala) & manager (Rajesh) no response & assistance. Upon calling 40-50 times I was informed complaint was made for which no text or email or call confirmation was given. Upon checking with Kenstar Customer support there was no complaint filled with my invoice number. VERY BAD SERVICE!! It's been over 3 days medical patient is without cooler and all Vijay sales was bothered was about to make sale. Worst Service & Experience being a loyal customer gpt years !!
