pathetic after sales service. Non of their phone number works. Neither they pick up the phone. Zero knowledge of products to the sales team. Failed to deliver the product even after two day. I have to go back to showroom and chase for my delivery of product. Even after your product is delivered. It take one week to install the product at your home. Customer service is disgusting.
Mr. Abhinav Jha is a brilliant salesperson. He explained everything in detail and was very polite.
-False commitments for unavailable stock. -Long waiting time for bill processing -Had to chase the sales guy literally post billing for receiving the product. -Cashify guys in the showroom offers false higher prices for the old phones, but when we finalize the new phone they suddenly decrease the offer price.
The worst ever experience I brought a Whirlpool refrigerator double door from vijya sales they delivered a damage product and replacement process is so slow that still my replacement piece is not delivered and they are asking to pay extra cost for delivery.
Vijay Sales is one of the best and reputed place in electronics store industry. And this name ain't going to stop growing. The staff was actually helpful and take good care of you if you are really interested in buying any electronics. Plus prices of electronics are very reasonable and you can compare with the only pricing as well, they are still reasonable. You will find nearly everything related to an electronics here.
I had an extraordinary experience with Mr. Amar Khanna at VijaySales, Janak Puri. I must express my sincere gratitude to him for his after sales services or support.
