Overall buying experience was good.
Third class service. I purchased Voltas solit AC five days back, which is not installed so far. Their phone no given never responds, it's a dead number...
Good service and dealing we always buy from this store
I am so frustrated with this store because of its customer service and overall service. They are so eager to sell their products that before having that product in their store they are making bills of that product and taking full payment upfront. I ordered one cooler and its been 48 hours that I haven't received it yet. I called on their customer service and in morning one agent said it will be delivered today but when I called in evening they said this product is not even there in the store so how they will dispatch it. Here is the complaint number D2304T170034 and Manshi Shinde was the person who told me the actual status. I would never recommend this store to anyone for their pathetic service.

Recomendaton - worst place vijay sales janak puri, don't buy anything as they don't have staff for after sales service, they just sale take your amount then they don't know who are you, you go to hell, this is my experience This is a factual review, so don't go by previous review as all are fake if review says vijay sales janak puri have good place to purchase electronic items
