the pre sales service is good, theres alot of employees to talk about technical details of the products, however, the actual billing will take a long time due to long queues, so expect to wait atleast 1 hour for billing, also the post sales service is very slow and inefficient from vijay sales, since they communicate on behalf of consumer to the manufacturer to provide post sales services... its often better to directly contact the vendor and book any service directly to get things done quickly
