I've visited this place many a times now; initially the coffee used to be great with a good taste and aroma as well. Lately, it seems their coffee have degraded in terms of taste and their service personnel have become lousy. Most of the things on the menu are unavailable. I ordered an affogato, for which, they ordered the Ingredients from blinkit and even after waiting for an hour, I had to leave without receiving my order and didn't get the refund of my payment (they initially insisted that they'll only take 10-15 minutes to complete the order). We had a disappointing experience at this café. Contact Information: When we asked for the café’s number (since it’s not available online), the staff gave an unhelpful response, saying it would be updated later instead of providing the number. Service: The service was poor and lacked attentiveness. Hygiene: The washroom was not clean, which was unacceptable. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory. There’s a lot of room for improvement in both service and cleanliness. Service: 1

The food is great, we ordered pizza and the base was really fresh and yum. Enjoyed the desserts, spoilt for choices! Liked the ambient music at the cafe. The staff was polite and courteous. WORST experience ever.. I went their to book the place for an event and after having 2-3 meetings and finalising everything they just backed out, stopped picking our calls or replying to our texts. Gagan & Gaurav, the most unreliable ppl to work in hospitality sector. How can you ghost your clients!
