This is worst experience with any of the online shops. They have delivered entirely different products from what is shown on the site. When i asked, they are saying we cant guarantee the exact product and they are not ready to replace the same. We paid a big amount for products after looking at the pictures only and it was a big disappointment after receiving the same. The condition in which i got it is also very bad without any proper packing.

It was such an amazing experience ordering the plant from floweraura. The collection is so big and the variety of plants is amazing. My ordered plant was delivered in such a great condition.

Had a wonderful experience with the service and quality of the products.I can say with my experience: actual item received was same as photograph unlike similar platforms I have used in past...A 5* and recommendations.

The person named Ram supported me throughout the order placing. He guided me and made by order placing a comfortable and easy task. A+ rated employee i must say

Worst and pathetic service I ever had. Occasion was gone but they have not delivered cake and bouquet. Spoiled the whole day to reach on the untraceable number on website. Don't ever try to use their service apart from metro cities. Apart from charging extra delivery charges they are not able to deliver the items in more than 24 hrs 😡😡😡

Odered a product through this website on 5th august 2019 which was to be delivered on 13th august .......it delivered the product on 23rd august 2019......totally spoiled my surprise to my relative......they never provided me the contact no. of courier person .....nor the courier boy ever called me or the receipient ....daily they used to give me new excuses......daily morning they used to say that today my courier will be delivered and in the evening they said that today it hasn't delivered but tomorrow your product will definitely be delivered......i even requested for the refund of amount......but they didn't refund me ..... Worst experience ever .....never ever do the mistake to book anything from this site

They don’t even deserve one star. They are thief’s , the gift was never delivered and I got a mail from them having delivered the same. The customer care is worst and no reply. Neither the product was delivered nor the money was refunded....... Highly disappointed with what they have done..... Please don’t buy anything from them......

The worst customer service I have ever spoke with. So confused and slow. The flower what I ordered was totally different than what I received only delivery happend on time. Very bad I don't recommend them at all. All pics you see in their website are just to show what they will driver doesn't worth that price at all 👎👎👎👎 …

I’m a little disappointed this time with the order! 1. Delivered late 2. I ordered a Tempting Truffle cake and instead a simple chocolate cake was delivered which was another option in itself!! 3. The cake delivered was so messy, the little white bow like icing was messed with chocolate (I wish I could attach the picture ) This is definitely not a pleasant experience spl. When you order this for someone’s birthday!! If your not ready with the cake then just don’t take a delivery slot for those timings but pls don’t spoil a spl occasion

Loved it! They took the trouble to help me send the flowers at midnight with only 3 hours to go. I really really want to thank them and wish them my very best.
