Binsar Farms Pvt. Ltd.

Very bad delivery service, delivery guys are rude and harrass for payment at 6 am, whereas the payment system has been monthly and online always. Seems like they have merged with fair diary and spoiling there delivery system as well... Never had any issue with fair diary since so many years. Binsar delivery guy din stop ringing bell even after requesting. Very very unprofessional behaviour from binsar delivery and management guys,

BinsarFarms has transformed my life. Their cow milk, ghee, and pinar are more than just food—they bring a deep sense of nourishment to my mind, body, and soul. I feel more energized, alive, and in sync with nature. Every day, I’m in a hyper-active mode, filled with vitality. BinsarFarms has become an essential part of my well-being, and I couldn’t imagine my routine without it.

Excellent farms, very well maintained healthy cows and as a vet I can certify that. Mr. Deepak is a seasoned dairy entrepreneur and a visionary who dreams to provide clean wholesome and best milk using best scientific strategies. A must try brand .

Our family is consuming milk from Binasar Farm for the last three years. We are very much satisfied with the quality of the milk. We do not have any such problem with the supply of the milk. We get it daily regularly.

Binsar farm service is very bad. Delivered milk on alternate day and after 4 delivery, they suddenly stop deliver the milk and deducting amount from my a/c on regular basis. I am trying to contact on their customer care no. but no one is responding. I faced very bad experience with Binsar.

Worst service. Mr Nitin, Mr Rakesh irresponsible and they don't have courtesy to call back to their client. Customer care always depand on manager nd managers are busy in their own world. Customer are paying for your service, still they are worst.

Binder farm is as fraud company please do not order milk from the them. every month they will charge you extra sometimes they charge you twice for one day. I am posting this post is not because of this double charges but this post because I have recharge my account with Rs.1000 in July. Binder farm is conveniently saying they haven’t received any kind of recharge for my account for this amount and for this day. I have provided them the screenshot of my bank statement give them the transaction number and still They are saying that they cannot find in their account and they cannot do anything for it. they will not resolve your complaint for charging you extra or not show your charges in your account. They will Deny the bank statements in which the amount has been debited from my account and credited in account under the name of Binsar Farms. My advice to everyone is that please do not order from Binsar Farms it’s a fraud fraud company and if you’re ordering please do not pay him advance

Milk of below average quality delivered in Noida. Based on my friend's recommendation (who stays in Delhi), I ordered milk from Binsar Farms in Noida. I was disappointed as the quality of the product delivered was sub-optimal. I switched to Amul Gold milk which is much better in quality. Also, their Android app is useless. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for nearly a month but have been unable to login. The contact number mentioned on the website is always busy. These people are not professional enough to either return my calls or revert to my emails. The milk delivered by Binsar Farms in Delhi is of good quality but that is not the case in Noida. Also, the team running this business is not professional, which leads to difficulty in resolution.

Binsar Farms provides amazing products at relatively fair prices compared to other companies like Amul and Mother Dairy. The quality of their milk is great, and I have never faced a single issue with their milk. So, I have started ordering dairy products like curd, paneer and ghee from Binsar Farms also. I have to say that Binsar Farms have the best online milk delivery system in Delhi. Great job, guys.

When I ordered for trial, quality was good but after 2-3 days they started sending sour milk also the paneer had foul smell….this continued many days….so I complained to customer care…but they are insincere. They didn’t compensate by giving exchange product or by refund.
