Binsar Farms Pvt. Ltd.

Quality of Milk is good, but extremely poor service too many billing issues which require lots of effort for resolution, most of the times extra charges are levied in the bills. They advertise delivery before 7 AM but the actual delivery time is after 9:30 most of the times.

How can I be sure that I'm getting milk from genuine Binsar farms? I'm concerned because I saw a video in which some people, appearing to be not from BF had your bottles and they were filling anil milk in those bottles to be delivered to genuine customers. This made me wonder whether I'm even getting genuine BF milk or not.

With Binsar milk my search for quality milk finally got over. My family is consuming Binsar milk for over a year now and the experience has been amazing in terms of both service and quality. Strongly recommended.

I used Binsar Artisan Butter for my baking of apple cinnamon cake and Bombay Pav both turned out to be soft and yummy . Even used to glaze the crust of pav . looking forward to use it for my other bakes like cookies n puffs .I highly recommend this product . Packing was also good easy to open .This butter reminds me of homemade butter which my Mom made in childhood. I highly recommend this product.

Not delivering milk . they deliver after chasing them multiple times and even if it is delivered late the quality is extremely bad. No one is working on tickets. Pathetic customer care service.

They had put a stall in society and said initially on trial basis, u will be charged 60/- lt. for 5 days . I had taken trial. But on app, they are charging 75/- lt. Several timess call to update the amount, but of no use. Finally I have to stop the services for this reason. Very poor helpline service.

Just tried thier 03 products, 1.buffalo's milk, 2.cow's milk 3.Desi Ghee. But products are not upto mark at all, thier price and quality does not match . Local dairy farms products are much better than these hypes.

They are people not fullfill their coustomer demand .they never expect their mistake. When you become your coustomer they never listen you. They start combo online but not inform there regular coustomer of milk . And if coustomer said this you check online regularly.no WhatsApp nothing . That not like me at all .

Today I found a tissue type thing in curd which I prepared from binsar milk and when I contact them at customer care for this they just replied after 3 hours that our product is 100% pure on whatsapp. No further initiatives from them till now. I'm very disappointed and from now I'm going to discontinue..and will never recommend to anyone

I would ask Binsar to organise a visit to farm . I am using the milk since last 03 & 1/2 years .. No issue so far but to continue using it would like to be assured by visiting farm and looking v at the process in person .
