Still waiting for my refund and the promised product, but nothing so far. Sharing this experience to create awareness so others don’t fall into the same trap.

What a stressful experience! In a way I am glad to see that it just wasn't me - false promises, misleading advertising, pathetic customer service. A complete Mess!! I got a call from doodhvale farms multiple times to try their milk,, i went for it, was offered 3 free milk packets after recharging my wallet, did what they asked but never got the free milk. Multiple support tickets were raised but without any resolution, they said I need to claim the offer but nowhere is it written or told about the claim process! Now they are telling me that I need to recharge my wallet again in order to get my free milk just to lure and trap me again! Total cheat!! I am sure their promises of pure milk is also an absolutely false narrative! Name of the rep - Sugandhi and Yashvir.

I ordered a large jar of ghee and paid ₹2000 in advance, but received a much smaller pack that does not match the quantity ordered. I reported the issue immediately, but even after two weeks it has not been resolved. Very disappointing experience with the customer service. I would advise others to avoid ordering.

Very poor customer service and overall very bad experience. App shows query resolved or in progress but the issue never gets resolved. I am using this app since from 3 months for milk subscription. I have recharged my wallet on 28th April, Monday for 1999 ₹. Their offer didn't clearly shows it was for coconut. Then I called customer care multiple times most of the times they didn't respond quickly. Later on I raised a query. Customer care told that my issue will be resolved in 48 hours. It's been more than 48 hours my query is unresolved. Their is no proper management.

I had a very bad experience with Doodwala delivery service. The delivery was late and there was no proper update about the order. When I contacted the staff (surbhi) , their behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they spoke in an impolite way and did not try to solve the issue. A delivery service should value customers and maintain good behaviour, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I hope they improve their service and train their staff to treat customers respectfully.

Extremely disappointing and mentally exhausting experience with Doodhvale. I have been chasing Doodhvale’s customer support team for more than two weeks for a single ghee order, and the entire experience exposes serious flaws in their delivery commitments, internal coordination, and customer support ethics. The issue started when I was repeatedly contacted by their team and convinced to place an order for Buffalo A2 Ghee with a clear assurance of delivery within three days. Based on this commitment, money was added to my wallet and the order was placed by their own team. After waiting for the promised timeline, I discovered that the order had been cancelled from their end due to “product damaged,” without any proactive communication or explanation. When I contacted customer support, I was again assured that the order would be re-placed and delivered by a specific date. This time, the order status was marked as “Delivered,” despite the fact that nothing was delivered to me. Delivery proof was uploaded in the form of random or irrelevant images that did not reflect an actual delivery. From there onward, the situation turned into a cycle of follow-ups with no outcome. Multiple support tickets were raised, and several of them were closed without resolution and without my consent. Every time, a new executive called without reading the complaint history and asked the same basic question: “What is your issue?” This itself reflects the lack of any proper support process. Instead of taking responsibility, I was informed that the delivery was handled by a third-party courier and was given a random WhatsApp number to coordinate on my own. Calls and messages to that number went unanswered. No tracking ID, no official courier details, and no confirmation were ever shared with me. The most frustrating part has been the repeated false assurances. Almost every interaction ended with the same line: “Sir, aaj shaam tak resolution mil jayega.” That “evening” has been promised repeatedly for over two weeks and has never arrived. Even after escalation emails, a senior executive gave the same assurance, which again resulted in no update or action. At this point, this issue is not about refund or receiving the product. Marking an order as delivered when nothing is delivered, uploading incorrect delivery proof, closing tickets without resolution, and repeatedly giving false timelines shows a complete lack of accountability and customer empathy. If Doodhvale is not capable of managing third-party deliveries transparently, customers should not be pressured to place orders based on commitments that cannot be honored. This experience highlights poor internal processes, weak support systems, and zero ownership. It has significantly damaged my trust in the brand and reflects a level of unprofessionalism that customers should be aware of before placing an order.

They are frauds. I ordered from their website on 26th Feb and haven’t received any update for a week after chasing many times I got my product half on 1st March. I ordered on buy 1 get 1 offer but they didn’t delivered the full order only. Post that when I raised the concern the person contacted that it will be delivered with 2-3 days but they didn’t delivered any product it’s been two weeks already but they are ignoring to respond anything. Such frauds they are. The product they delivered doesn’t have a proper quality label. I have been trying to be vocal so that this reaches people and they can save themselves from these kind of people

They scammed me with a coconut recharge of 1999 for 30 days which we need to claim every day but when you add them to cart you are asked more money (19 small fees)... I called and asked them to refund money but not answer...they will disconnect your calls, give u Fake promotion, promises... PLS SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE BIGGEST FRAUD COMPANY. I've raised a chargeback on my credit card. Please don't fall for them. Once. You pay 19, and they will later add packaging and processing fee
