Customer care service very poor, Can't attend calls . Worst experience
I have not received my buy 1 get one free product yet!
Customer care is non responsive and company is least concerned to retain the customers.
pathetic customer service and they change product price their after adding money. First of you will get call from their customer service about offer after adding money after few days they will charge money from thier own side Worst dairy app service don't use this app
Never subscribe their service their delivery boys will make you cry. Sometime they will reach to you at 5 am and too early and sometime they don't deliver your full quantity saying the packets have been leaked. Not sure if the delivery boy intentionally do that to sell outside.
I had a very bad experience with them. The item delivered was not what I ordered, and what was promised was never provided. On top of that, the customer service was terrible and did not help resolve the issue. Very frustrating.
They are fraud . I took the subscription and in that I should have received ghee packet which they didn’t delivered. I raised ticket and they closed without solving it. I kept following up with them but no resolution.
This is completly a fraud company. They don't deliver as per order form, for me the have not even delivered 25% of what I ordered. Quality of the are poor.
Worst Milk & Fraudulent Service – Stay Away! After delivering extremely poor-quality milk, I requested to discontinue the service and get a refund. But for the past week, different people have been calling and harassing me instead of processing the refund. Now, they’ve even started cutting my calls! Their milk is completely chemical-based—when it curdled, the paneer that formed was like rubber! This is not just bad service but a serious health hazard. They are playing with people's health and refusing to return the money. DO NOT buy milk from them! Highly irresponsible and untrustworthy company!
Poor quality milk and panner. Pathetic service, coupons don't apply, app doesn't work properly. From Doodhwale, please expect lot of disappointment, poor service and low quality product.
