I really enjoyed your A2 cow milk! The taste and aroma instantly reminded me of the fresh milk from my village. It felt pure, natural, and truly nostalgic. Loved it!

Hetha milk was ok and I was genuinely planning to go for monthly subscription. However, I ordered butter milk too. It was sour and pathetic. With that I got a message that I can use it for other things and hair etc. I wonder who has authorised to advise them to be used on hair. I ordered it primarily for drinking and they should have mentioned that while ordering. It is an old butter residue that has been packed in bottles. When customers complain they give this disclaimer and share information that they are not authorised too. So it is not about money but credibility that is associated with brand.

It's being a very good experience while visiting hetha organic cow farm situated in ghaziabad we have gained very useful information about our indigenous cows and the staff is also very cooperative.

Aaj first time visit kia hetha...bohut sundar jagah hai...bohut aacha managements hai cows ka..maine eye drop lia yaha se first product..or uske baad se mujhe inke sare products pe trust hai.......aaj ki generation mai itna aacha kaam Krna...bohut badi baat hai.....bohut khush hui mai yaha aake..or sabko request krti hu sab aaye..

Update after a week of observation (17th June): I truly appreciate the way my feedback was received—it was handled with maturity and a strong customer-centric approach. The effort to understand the issue and identify possible gaps was commendable. After speaking with the team, the explanation around humid weather and changes in fodder affecting milk quality seems reasonable to me. I’ve also been assured that, if such concerns arise again, the milk can be lab-tested for clarity, which adds to my confidence. Based on my experience over the past week, I’m revising my rating to 4 stars. I’ll continue to monitor and keep my feedback transparent—hopefully, a 5-star update is on the way soon. Once again, I appreciate the commitment to customer satisfaction. ==== Initial feedback ====== The quality is definitely compromised. This isn’t the first time I’m having indigenous cow milk—in fact, I’ve been consuming it since childhood. And not from a vendor—my father personally used to visit the farm and have the milk freshly milked from the cow. He is well-versed with indigenous breeds. So, if the argument is that “this is how pure indigenous cow milk tastes,” I’m afraid that won’t hold. Frankly, it feels like a business built on misleading faith. Services like this are eroding the trust people have in indigenous cow milk. I’ve been paying ₹180 per litre, which seems to be driven more by branding and labelling than genuine quality. Frankly, with the current state of the milk, one can’t even be sure if it’s truly pure milk or just a diluted white liquid with elements. It’s deeply disappointing and shakes the trust one places in such services. When someone stays associated with you despite paying a super-premium price, it reflects their belief in your vision—not just a transactional relationship. Please don’t let that trust be taken for granted

I appreciate the efforts of Hetha Diary Services in delivering dairy products regularly. The freshness and taste of products are beyond words and awesome, and the convenience of doorstep delivery is a big plus. Overall, Hetha Diary Services is reliable.

They deliver milk between 6am to 8am generally, but at room temperature... When I received the milk at room temperature from the delivery executive and placed it in my fridge for 2hrs. At the time of boiling it got cuddled, on complaining they have nothing to do with the milk temperature only they were saying you need to boil the milk as soon you received. No replacement no refund no discount for next order no resolution.. pathetic customer service.

Really loved the ghond ghee ladoo from Hetha.the taste is authentic,the ghee flavor is rich,and the texture is exactly like the ladoos my grandmother used to make .not too sweet very wholesome and perfect for winters or as an energy boost.highly recommend.they use khand and zero preservative❤️....
