HETHA

Very bad and poor quality milk .Since 5 moths I boil the milk it is curdling and turns into paneer. When I call to the customer care number. They said You eat the paneer And sometimes the milk Is very smelly when I gave it to my guest, they said from which company You have ordered the milk. It’s so bad, and that was very shameful for me when I gave the same milk to my little daughter, she got a stomach ache and she is now very ill.

Great place ......seeing such a place where everyone is so passionate to work for cows .really proud to see such a successful farm..hetha.. recently started to take desi cow milk and i can say ..it's really very pure.

Delhi ncr mai 1100+ cows pe kaam Krna..unko aacha fooder Dena..or unse ek successful dairy chalana bohot difficult hai .par hetha mai aake it's seems ki geniually proper coordination + and good staff se possible hai.i recently used rollon balm and I can assure it is superb...and pain relief balm..) with no chemicals ) ..great work hetha..keep working......

I have been using the milk from Hetha for more then 2 years . Their products and services are excellent.

A call came from Hetha and she asked if want to order milk we refused and said we don't need today but after 2-3 days we need and will call you. A delivery person came with milk and chyawanprash and we told him that we didn't wanted it as we had talked on the phone we need after 2-3 days and then he talked to that lady who had called us and we said that we had already told you that not today but they were forcing us to take it. It made us to feel very bad so from now we have decided not to buy anything from them as they have a forceful behaviour to sell their products their behaviour was very annoying

The quality of hetha ghee is excellent, light pure and easy to digest .i use it for cooking as well as in my morning routine..and it feel very natural.

I was purchased honey for me n my kids such a pure honey first time I felt purity in my life thank u Hetha for purity for all product 🙏🏻🙏🏻 …

Been ordering milk from Hetha for over a year. While the product is fine, don’t expect any help from their customer service. I got a broken bottle with glass inside the milk and it took them a week to even tell me what to do about it. When I refused to pay for this, they cut the money from the delivery boy’s salary. Ridiculous and abhorrent practices. Capitalism is alive and well and still preys on the ones who will be affected by this decision the most. A big corporation just can’t apologise, but has to act like they’re doing me a favour by even responding to my messages. If this was the US, someone would have sued them by now.

Excellent class of products. Visited the Gaushala & found everything superb . Cows were handled with utmost care .

Customer support is very poor and pathetic. They don't know how to behave with customers
