My recent stay at The Tivoli New Delhi was exactly the relaxing escape I needed. I found the staff to be the absolute heroes of my trip. From the moment I checked in, they were so warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—I felt like they anticipated my needs before I even had to ask! That personalized, five-star touch made the entire experience feel effortless and incredibly welcoming. I absolutely loved my room. It wasn't just big; it was wonderfully spacious and spotlessly clean (a huge win in my book!). It served as a bright, peaceful place to crash after a busy day. The hotel's amenities were lovely, too. I enjoyed the great pool and the beautifully kept grounds, which gave the whole property that serene, resort-like vibe. And definitely don't skip the food! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I found the restaurant service to be absolutely top-notch. Now, for the one thing I had to keep in mind: the location. Since The Tivoli is nestled in Chattarpur, it was a bit of a drive from the main tourist hubs. I definitely had to factor in some extra travel time for sightseeing. But honestly, since my priorities were getting pampered with fantastic service, enjoying a quiet, beautiful hotel, and eating well, The Tivoli offered incredible value. The management won’t answer the calls if they dont feel like, they’ll charge you extra for services but refuse to deliver something as simple as a bed, you might be left sleeping on the ground , so pls do double check even though the hotel looks great on the outside Trip type Vacation Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

It was really pathetic experience as I entered and saw unwashed bedsheets, stains, pervasive mold, and pests like bedbugs and cockroaches. Broken Amenities: Non-functional air conditioning, lack of water and weak or missing Wi-Fi are major red flags. Rude Staff: Unresponsive management specially GM, Indifferent front desk personnel, and disrespectful service made my stay even miserable. Had a great experience at The Tivoli Chattarpur, New Delhi during our event. We had a lot of guest check-ins, and Deepak ji handled everything very smoothly and professionally. His support made the entire process stress-free for us. A special thanks to Deepak ji for even helping me with my check-in at 2 AM before the event night. Reaching Chhatarpur in marriage season is usually a challenge as traffic is heavy with wedding venues on both sides of the main road. First visit after renovation, had gone for marriage wedding, in spite of two weddings in same venue found parking easily and valet option also there, decent lawn and banquet and good food. Worst front office staff..they don't know how to behave how to help guest..they don't have working CCTV..THEY DONT HAVE BELL BOYS..THEY ARE PROVIDING WORST..SLOW AND IGNORED SERVICE..FnB staff is very well behaved..FnB managers are super active. And THE MAIN PART IS MAIN GATE SECURITY..He is asking for room number on gate only..I mean Tivoli is providing the rooms on main gate only?? Wierd staff..only 2-3 star property can do this with his guests..I request to all Do not book for your functions or any parties.. Tivoli staff is ready to spoil your image and your functions too.
