Had a lovely stay at The Tivoli ✨ The property feels luxurious and peaceful — perfect for a quick staycation. The rooms were comfortable, the hospitality was warm, and the food was really good. Loved the overall ambience and relaxing vibes. A great place to unwind and spend quality time. Would definitely recommend for a weekend escape! Reception & room service is very bad. Reception coz they nvr picked my call while i tried 10-11 times for 2-3 days. Raising the issue, they denied saying its nt der number. I showed chat convo with the same no & they said they dnt knw who the employee is. Room serv coz requesting multiple times still they did not serve drinking water for hours. On asking for bathing bucket, mug and a waste bag the guy said we dnt hav any of these then from where can we bring. Anurag Srivastav is a great guy, if you hav his number then your stay wil be smooth. Food is very good. Kanhaiya from resto is extraordinarily great guy. Infrastructure is excellent. We had a wonderful family stay at Tivoli Hotel & Resort, Chhattarpur. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and the property offers good value for money, especially for a family getaway. The ambience is peaceful and well suited for families, with spacious surroundings and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the overall hospitality added positively to our stay. The rooms were comfortable, the food was enjoyable, and the property provided a good environment to relax and spend quality time with family. We particularly appreciated the overall service and the attention given to guests. If you have a wedding or an important celebration in your family, then you have one-stop solution that's called TIVOLI. Be it at the resort or any other venue in Delhi/NCR, there cannot be a better place to stay, banquet, food, and service. We had our family wedding recently held at TIVOLI Resorts, Chattarpur and can not express the ease and joy we experienced there. Stay was most comfortable with luxurious rooms and excellent service. We had plenty of indoor and outdoor banquet/party spaces, in house decorators, gifting partners and even salon services made our life so easy. Food and service was beyond our expectations. Mr. Praveen Bhatia became our one point of contact and despite being from the hospitality industry, i must admit that Praveen Bhatia and his team surpassed any star property experience for me and my family. We had the most amazing staycation at Tivoli Chattarpur! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional and the staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming. The food was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. We had lunch, dinner, and breakfast at the property, and every meal was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Overall, we had such a wonderful time and truly enjoyed every part of our stay. The ambience, hospitality, and food made the experience so memorable. We would definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend Tivoli Chattarpur for a relaxing and enjoyable staycation! The food was really appreciated by our guests, and the team’s service and support throughout the evening were excellent. Please do convey our sincere thanks to everyone involved. 🙏🏻 The only area where we felt there was some scope for improvement at the NTB hall itself, particularly with parts of the venue still being under construction. It did take away a little from the overall ambience and experience, especially for an occasion of this nature. Having said that, we truly appreciate your personal involvement and understanding of client’s requirements is something we really appreciate, even taking out time from your personal space ensuring an overall understanding where you have gone over & above ensuring a customer delight. Another highlight was the personal involvement of the Chief Chef’s presence during the event ensuring stupendous food quality delivered during the event, which is commendable.
