Had an appt with Dr. Namrita. Unpleasant experience. She is cold, unempathetic and does not collaborate while discussing over patients condition. She maintains an entitled silence and is socially corrective. I remember her suggesting me to run 10 to 15 kms a day to decrease my weight. It was a bewildering suggestion. She passed similar, uninformed suggestions for diet. What was unpleasant was the entitled tone rather than empathy and an intent to care for the patient. I had heard highly of the hospital. I still believe most of these docs are very skillful. But that does not compensate or fill in the lack of good, effective communication and service.

Highly recommend Sitaram Bhartia due to the tranquil atmosphere and excellent, attentive staff. A member of my family recently had a surgical procedure at this hospital. We were impressed with the level of care, cleanliness and calmness at this hospital. Great option if you are looking for a boutique, high quality hospital in South Delhi.

I had my arthroscopic debridement done by Dr. Vikram Mhasker and his surgical team 2 days ago, and I truly feel like I was cared for by one of the best orthopaedic teams in the country, if not the best. From the very beginning, Dr. Mhasker combined exceptional surgical skill with a level of kindness, professionalism, humour, and sensitivity that is rare to find. Every interaction was marked by warmth, patience, and unparalleled respect. I have only witnessed this level of elite skill, courtesy, politeness, and professionalism in Brighton, England, so experiencing it here felt like a powerful and welcome reverse culture shock. The care I received was genuinely world class. It was precise, highly sensitive to caregivers as well as patient comfort, thoughtful, and holistic. Dr. Mhasker was consistently responsive and attentive, always checking in and making sure I felt comfortable and reassured. At no point did I feel dismissed or lesser than. In lieu of that, I felt genuinely heard, valued, and safe. I will be heading to Edinburgh shortly for my doctoral research; however, I will return to Delhi without hesitation just to be under the care of Dr. Mhasker, if, as and when needed. I genuinely do not believe this level of elite treatment and patient centred care can be matched anywhere else in India and beyond. I am profoundly, sincerely grateful to Dr. Maheshwari, Dr. Mhasker and their surgical team for their expertise, and even more so for their humanity, empathy and compassion. They transformed what could have been a frightening experience into one that felt supported, dignified, and compassionate. That made all the difference in the world. Kudos to you! They have my implicit respect and admiration for their expertise and professionalism, but more so for their humanity, compassion and integrity with which they practice medicine.

I visited Sitaram Bhartiya hospital for pre conception councelling on recommendation of my friend and I feel truly greatful that I consulted Dr Nikita Kumari for it . She answered all our doubts patiently and made us feel so comfortable. After my conception, Dr Nikita has been there for us from the very first day . My entire pregnancy journey has been wonderful even though I was diagnosed with gestational diebetes and IHCP in my third trimester. Dr Nikita made sure that it doesn't affect me mentally or physically in anyway . Her kind words of assurance gave us relief at every step . Rest assured I had natural delivery and for that I want to thank Dr Nikita kumari and Dr Rakhi & the entire labour and delivery team of doctors and nurses. We visited Sitaram Bhartiya Hospital during the 18th week of my wife’s pregnancy after complications were detected in an ultrasound done at another hospital in Noida. We were told it was an IUGR case, and the doctor there advised us to abort the baby and also suggested NIPT, which thankfully came out normal. However, the decision to continue or abort was left entirely to us, and it was one of the most difficult and emotionally draining phases of our lives. To be sure, we consulted two other well-known doctors, and unfortunately, all of them shared the same concern—that if we continued the pregnancy, there was a high risk of premature and preterm delivery around the 7th month. We had heard a lot about Sitaram Bhartiya Hospital, especially its reputation for normal deliveries and excellent Obstetrics & Gynaecology care. Even though the hospital is nearly 45 km from our home and regular visits would be difficult, we decided to take a final decision from here before deciding the fate of our baby. We consulted Dr. Namrata Singh Sandhu, and I honestly don’t have enough words to describe her. She was extremely calm, patient, and empathetic. She listened to our entire case very carefully and clearly advised against abortion. She asked us to have faith in God, avoid stress, and reassured us that with today’s medical advancements, babies in such cases have good chances of survival. That one consultation gave us hope, confidence, and emotional strength that we needed it most. What truly stood out at Sitaram Bhartiya Hospital was that doctors give ample time to patients. At no point did we feel rushed, unlike our experiences at some other hospitals. We continued consultations with all four doctors independently and followed all recommended tests. By God’s grace, time passed, and though our baby’s weight remained on the lower side, every ultrasound gave us renewed confidence. When we crossed the 7th month, we felt immense relief and prayed daily to reach 37 weeks—which we finally did. Our baby was delivered on time, and everything went well by God’s blessing. Although we could not deliver at Sitaram Bhartiya Hospital because, towards the end of the 37th week, even their doctors advised a C-section due to low fetal weight, and we opted for a nearby empaneled hospital for the delivery, we will always remain deeply grateful to Dr. Namrata Singh Sandhu and Sitaram Bhartiya Hospital. They didn’t just treat us medically—they gave us hope when we were close to losing it. We sincerely thank the entire team for their guidance, patience, and humanity.

She listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I've never felt more comfortable discussing my health concerns. She handled my labour in such a finest way in which any gynecologist could have. She is very hard working, supportive and readily available.
