I had my delivery at this hospital. It was a wonderful experience. I would like to thank Dr. Nikita Kumari for always being there for me. She helped me throughout my pregnancy journey and was always available even on call at odd hours. The hospital has a fantastic team of doctors, nurses and house keeping staff. We had a very comfortable stay at the hospital in the suite room. I highly recommend Sitaram Bhartia hospital to all future mothers.

Feedback Regarding TMT Department Front Office Staff I would like to provide honest feedback regarding the front office staff of the TMT department. I was disappointed by the way one of the front office staff members communicated with patients. Her manner of speaking was not professional or courteous, and at times, her comments and way of interacting with patients felt inappropriate. Staff working at the front desk should be patient, respectful, and helpful, especially when dealing with patients who may already be stressed, anxious, or unwell. I also noticed a very basic but concerning issue: there was apparently only one black pen available at the entire front office. Patients are required to use a black pen to fill out the ultrasound application form, yet the front office did not have a pen readily available for patients to use. This is a very basic facility that should be provided in a hospital. I also observed staff laughing and having conversations that did not appear appropriate in front of patients. The overall attitude gave the impression that patients were not being treated with the level of respect, sensitivity, and professionalism expected in a hospital environment. I would also like to highlight that important notices and batches/boards regarding procedures and patient instructions should be clearly displayed at the front office so that patients can easily understand the required process and avoid unnecessary confusion or inconvenience. I request the management to please look into these concerns and provide appropriate guidance or training to the concerned staff. Front office employees are the first point of contact for patients, and their behaviour, communication, and overall conduct should reflect professionalism, empathy, patience, and respect. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate steps to improve the facilities, communication, and overall patient experience in the TMT department.

I had a wonderful experience at the hospital during the birth of my baby through a normal vaginal delivery. The doctors, nurses, and staff were caring, supportive, and professional throughout my journey. A special thanks to Nikita Ma'am (the best doctor in my view)for her guidance, and encouragement.She was caring and professional at the same time and made me feel comfortable and confident at every step. I delivered my baby at this hospital via a Caesarean section. Unfortunately, my experience with the hospital’s services was very disappointing. The most concerning incident happened on the first night after my surgery. I was in severe pain and not a single doctor came to check on me. I repeatedly requested the nursing staff to call the doctor on duty. Initially, I was told it would take some time, but later I was informed that there was actually no doctor available that night to attend patients. I was completely shocked. It is unacceptable for post-operative patients, especially after a C-section, to be left without medical supervision. The physiotherapist was also supposed to visit me the following day to guide me on post-operative movements and recovery. Instead, she only came on the third day, just before my discharge, making the session practically meaningless. My experience with the ultrasound department was equally poor. During my eighth month of pregnancy, I went for a scan expecting a professional and reassuring experience. The radiologist was extremely rude, did not provide 4D images of my baby, and refused to answer basic questions about my baby’s weight, simply asking me to wait for the report. Expectant mothers deserve compassion and clear communication, which was completely lacking. I shared all of this feedback with a staff member on the day of my discharge, but he seemed completely indifferent and showed no concern or willingness to address the issues. Another recurring problem is the excessive waiting time for doctor consultations. Even with a prior appointment, patients often have to wait one to two hours because doctors leave the OPD for hospital rounds while patients continue waiting without any updates. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hospital. While the medical treatment itself may have been adequate, the lack of post-operative care, poor communication, unprofessional behaviour in the ultrasound department, and disregard for patients’ time significantly affected my confidence in the hospital’s services. I sincerely hope the management takes patient feedback seriously and improves the quality of care and accountability.

I went Rotator cuff surgery on 22 April by Dr. J Maheshwari I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Jitendra Maheshwari and his entire team for the excellent care I received throughout my treatment. From the very beginning, the diagnosis and clear explanation of the surgery by Dr. Maheshwari gave me great confidence. I was quite apprehensive about undergoing surgery, but his reassurance and expertise made all the difference. A special thanks to Dr. Ahmed for his thoughtful counselling, and to Dr. Nitin Bahl for his exceptional expertise in anaesthesia, which made the entire surgical experience smooth and painless. I would also like to sincerely thank the coordinators, physiotherapist, dietician, nursing staff, ward boys, and the entire support team for their dedicated care, kindness, and constant support during my recovery. Everyone contributed wholeheartedly, and I truly felt I was in safe hands at every step. My sincere appreciation to Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research for having such experienced doctors and a compassionate healthcare team. I received my treatment at Sitaram Bhartia Hospital under the care of Dr. Ashmita Shah. She delivered both of my babies, and both were normal deliveries. I truly don’t think there is a better doctor for me. She is like a blessing in my life. I never believed I could have a normal delivery, but because of Dr. Ashmita Shah’s expertise, care, and encouragement, it became possible. I am forever grateful to her. Even today, if I send her a message, she always replies. Most doctors don’t even share their personal phone numbers, but Dr. Ashmita Shah has always been kind, approachable, and supportive. She genuinely cares about her patients, and that means so much to me. There is no one like Dr. Ashmita Shah. She is simply the best. I would also like to appreciate the excellent service provided by Sitaram Bhartia Hospital. The staff is professional, caring, and the overall experience has always been wonderful. I highly recommend both Dr. Ashmita Shah and the hospital to anyone looking for exceptional maternity care.

My recent experience with Sitaram bhartiya is nothing short of amazing! My search for a good hospital for my delivery was a long process and i finally decided to go ahead with sitaram during my 7th month of pregnancy. My experience throughout with Dr Anita Sabherwal has been so positive and encouraging. Having her as a gynec gave me the confidence to deliver naturally. I would also like to thank the doctors and nurses at the time of delivery, especially Dr Preeti and Dr Shreya for their utmost patience and care during my labour and delivery.
