We have got some issues regarding PVD coating and gave our material back to Anupam royals for soughting out the issue, But due to efforts of employees like Resmah ma'am we got a new pieces in the place of our old ones, we are very greatful for such a wonderful gesture🙏 …

Got Threatened with Slangs by CRM Nikhil & Worst Behaviour by Mr Anshul. No response by Account Key Management Team We are from Odisha and had visited Anupam Royals for the first time. Your CRM, Mr. Nikhil, used extremely inappropriate language and threatened us, while Mr. Anshul behaved very rudely. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response from the Account Key Management Team.We were continuously called to place our order and were assured that the products would be delivered within 20 days. Accordingly, we made the payment on 29th September, but as of 12th November, there has been no delivery and no clear communication from your end

Sorry to say but very poor experience with Anupam Royal Delhi, payment ktime pe jaldi kro jaldi kro and payment krne k bad no response. Aur itne ghatiya log he ki 20 days ka bolke 50 days tak maal nai de pa rahe he aur unke manager bolte he ki dispatch ho gaya he .Aur koi Damyanti krke Madam he unka bhi same yahi he sir aaj hoga-kal hog,bus ho gaya he like that.. Tyagi ji name se koi Manager he Jo call hi receive nai krte aur jab krte he tab itna juth bolte he ki puchho nai. Itna gandda experience aaj tak nai hua hamare sath jab ki Delhi k bahot sari chhoti company se kam krte he ham log lekin hotel industry ki itni badi company he ye Anupam Royal but service k name pe ZERO he Thank you so much Anupam Royal Hame pareshan kiya he aur kisi k sath esa na ho 🙏🙏
