Using there copper water bottle from past few months and the quality is really nice ngl .

Had good experience at ptal store. They have a nice variety of products and the staff is polite and helpful

It’s been more than two weeks we ordered a bottle with other items. We didn’t get any update about the delayed shipment for bottle yet. When we followed up with the executive then she said that she is not sure about the delivery and can provide an update after fifteen days on this whether we will receive the item or not. Their service is very pathetic and can’t sure about the quality after paying hefty amount. Product are quite expensive

I am really disappointed by the Copper Madurai Handi that I bought from this shop. They claimed that this is 100% copper but I have serious doubt about it. The whole utensil has turned silvery completely and lost its copper colour after the first use. Normally copper will turn blueish or brownish upon oxidation but will not turn completely silvery. I tried to polish the surface with the chemical they supplied but with no success. Normally I could regain the copper colour with vinegar or polishing chemical to remove the oxidised layer for all my other copper utensils. I looked at the cross section of the utensil. It is clearly an insider layer of tin, a thick core layer of some kind of metals which looks silvery and a thin layer of copper on the outside. It does not appear to be solid copper but a sandwiches of different metals. I suspect it is only electroplated with copper, and this is the explanation why the whole utensil has turned silvery upon the first time of heating. The utensil is probably still safe to use, but it is not 100% copper as they have advertised and not what I intend to buy. It certainly did not worth the high price that I paid. I would not recommend buying products from this kind of store who does not sell what they claim.

Purchase a Kansa thali set from the store. Cracked in less than 6 months. Zero reply on email. Barely any reply on what's app. It's been a month since I have raised the query , but I have not received a resolution tat yet. The store keeps telling me that they have escalated and asked me to keep waiting. Subpar overpriced products with worst customer support.

Good for just fancy display and not for day to day indian house hold kitchen... took one Tawa, pan and kadhai... all not worth it... on Tawa rotis, stick, Sadly kadhai not as claimed:( and pan turned some diffrent colour... not used for a week and had to trash them...

A must visit place for all kinds of kitchenware and cookware utensils! The interior of the store is very thoughtfully done with every corner having a special significance and signature element of its own. They also have displayed the information about their artisans, i.e Thatheras in a beautiful manner alongwith details on every traditional metal.
