We have ordered one milk pot from their website. Product quality having issue. With in 10 days handle got broken and tin coating comes out.

Low quality products... Dont buy, as products are expensive and quality is worst... Customer service is irresponsive....

I purchased a brass ghee pot and brass mortar pestle from Ptal a month ago from their website, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the products. They look beautiful in my kitchen. I was initially a bit disappointed with the delivery experience, as I was assured that opting for card payment instead of COD would ensure timely delivery, but this wasn't the case. However, after consistent follow-up with the company, they were able to correct the situation and deliver the items on time. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend their products.

Copper bottle turns black after just 1-2 hrs of using. Very bad metallic aftertaste of water. Customer service is very poor. Had to return the bottle twice just because they didn't add the engraving which cost extra. Overall, bad product, bad company , the only thing they're good at is marketing.
