We bought half kg cake today from CP Sansad Marg franchisee of Ferns & Petals to celebrate our Boss's Birthday. It was pathetic. it was not fresh at all after had it all were having stomach pain. It was the worst cake we purchased from them. I felt insulted in front of my BOSS n staff. I will recommend not to buy the cake from Ferns & Petals. They are playing with People's health. NOT TO BUY ANY CAKE FROM THEM. They are worst quality wise they just want money for not to deliver quality. DONT BUY CASE FROM FERNS & PETALS.... IN CAPITAL LETTERS NOOOOOO.

Ordered a cake for Delivery in New Delhi, didn't get anything, tried to call the customer services number numerous times, no response, later the company claimed to have called sender's number but not the local receivers number, when asked for refund, I was totally refused, when I asked to speak to senior management, refused again, very poor and disappointing response to customer complaints, not the same FNP as before, especially in the era of quick commerce, unprofessional attitude will make you loose business.

Collection is very limited. Very small shop. Experience not great. Staff was really rude

Opted for ten roses bouquet for 10th Marriage Anniversary of my brother and what I received was nine roses bouquet. When called customer care they said we won't repeat this again and that is it, wow what a great reply and great customer service. Never ever going to buy anything from this brand.
Failed to deliver Mother’s Day gift and failed to answer our phone calls to reschedule. On top of that refused to issue a refund. Terrible service. Scammers!
