FNP: Flower & Cake Shop in New Delhi

I had a fantastic experience with FNP. The staff was professional and helped me choose the perfect blooms for a quick gift. Their customer service is top-notch and friendly

Quick and good service. Chose the flowers myself and after 15 minutes they were ready. Only thing is that the prices are high, but thats typical for Connaught Place.

The lilies were not bloomed even though i said I wanted bloomed lilies and the quality was really bad. Lilies had browning on the petals and they called it “natural’ would not recommend buying flowers from here.

Ordered Rakhi to be delivered by 10pm on 27.08.2026 and on 28.08.2026 at the time of writing this review approx 4:15pm there is no sign of the Rakhi's and they not even responding to emails or on whatsapp. Bloody scammers.

Boht hi achi flowers ki shop hai quality bhi mast hai and staff bhi acha hai aap yaha se cake bhi le sakte hai...ek bar zarur aaye...

They could not deliver my cake and all i got was an automated email. I wrote back and did not hear anything about attempting again nor a refund.

The order tracking is useless and totally behind on what’s actually happening. I’ve tried reaching out to support so many ways, but I can’t get ahold of a real person, just bots. There’s no way to fix any urgent issues. My delivery was late, even though I paid extra for shipping. I still can't find a way to talk to anyone about a refund. I get using AI for basic questions, but I couldn't reach a human agent at all, even on WhatsApp. They also send updates to the recipient, so don't use this if you’re planning a surprise. The product itself was fine, but they somehow messed up the note I wrote. Honestly, for what they charge, this shouldn't have been so stressful. It should've been easy, but there were problems at every step. After all this, I’m not using them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Headline: Total scam. Avoid this company!I ordered flowers to comfort a patient in the hospital. Phones and Petals completely failed to deliver. They claimed a delivery was attempted and that no one answered the phone. I contacted customer service to resolve it, but the exact same thing happened again. Now they are refusing to issue a refund or attempt a redelivery. They took my money and delivered absolutely nothing. This is outright cheating and completely heartless given the situation. Do not trust them.

The order status updates don’t help at all. It’s very behind from what is actually happening. Tried to contact support multiple times through different ways wasn’t able to talk to a real human being. Only AI. So no way to resolve any urgent issues I had. My delivery was behind schedule and one day late. This is adding to the fact that I had to pay extra for the delivery. Still couldn’t figure out a way to contact anybody to get a resolution or even a refund. I understand using AI for common questions, but when I tried multiple times to get to talk to an actual agent I wasn’t able too. Even through WhatsApp. They also send updates to the person you are sending the gift too, so I you want to surprise them don’t use this service. The product it self was fine, but somehow they found a way to mess up the letter that I had wrote. Honestly, for the amount of money they charge, it shouldn’t have been this stressful. It should have been a simple process, but at every turn there were issues. Because of all of these experiences, I wouldn’t use this service anymore and I would not recommend it to anyone.
