Very disappointed with my recent order from Ferns N Petals. The bouquet delivered was of poor quality and looked nothing like what was advertised. It was embarrassing since it was sent to a guest for a special occasion. Customer service said that because the recipient accepted the bouquet, it was no longer their responsibility — which is completely unreasonable. A recipient shouldn’t have to inspect flowers at the doorstep. Will not be ordering again.
