The flowers are always fresh, beautifully arranged, and arrive exactly as pictured (or better!). Packaging is careful, timing is perfect, and you can tell they put genuine love into every bouquet. Disappointed – Service Standards Have Dropped We have been loyal Fiorella customers for over 5 years, handling all our corporate gifting through them year-round. Despite this long-term association, they do not seem to value their existing loyal customers. Sadly, their service quality has been declining day by day. The lack of timely communication from their team is extremely frustrating, making order coordination unnecessarily difficult and stressful. Even after giving clear instructions countless times, the staff often ignore or forget them, leading to repeated follow-ups and avoidable mistakes. It’s disappointing to see a brand we trusted for years lose its efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. Unless they address these issues urgently, they risk losing even their most loyal customers.

Fiorella is always our family’s go-to for flowers! The never fails to amaze with the variety they offer and the quality is always top-notch. But what I love the most is how seamless the order process is, even if you live outside India. 10/10 recommend. ✨

While Fiorella provides a variety of options to choose from and the quality is great. Their customer service experience is lethargic.Not delivering on time despite charging a delivery fee. And still not delivered as promised in the chat screenshots twice.
