Fiorella - The Flower Boutique Delhi

I was ordering from fnp until I found Fiorella and it changed my life! The quality is remarkably and consistently better. So fresh and sent with love!

I placed an order for a forever rose for my boyfriend’s birthday. They sent a damaged product that I only saw after handing over. It was so embarrassing! I immediately notified them about the same. From the beginning there so much apathy towards my problem. They made me wait for a whole day before giving me an update and at the end accused us of pulling out the flower. I should’ve ordered from a more competent brand that actually cares about its customers. Never ordering again. A total waste of money, caused me so much embarrassment.

Ordered sweet pink box from their website and got same day delivery 🙌🏻 …

One of the best flower services in Delhi ncr. Each order of mine has been a beautiful experience- from the time I decide to place an order to the point of delivery. SIMPLY EXQUISITE!!

I had a fantastic experience with Fiorella. The flowers were absolutely stunning, with exceptional quality and freshness. On top of that, the delivery was incredibly prompt. I'll definitely be returning for future floral needs!

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Fiorella - The Flower Boutique , and I was thoroughly impressed. Their selection of flowers was both diverse and high-quality, featuring vibrant blooms that were clearly fresh and well-cared for.Their delivery was also super fast.

Was initially surprised to see the overwhelmingly negative reviews. I placed an order online for a Fio Cage to be delivered the next day at a fixed time. The entire ordering process was simple and efficient. I even called Fio Delhi to ensure my order was received and would be delivered on time and I was politely reassured that it would. My order arrived the next day, on time. Looked nice and as advertised - the recipient quite liked them as well. Great experience all around and I will most definitely be back!

I had high hopes from Fiorella, especially special occasions like mothers day, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The order was not delivered on time, despite clear instructions and confirmations. It was meant to be part of a meaningful moment, and the delay really took away from that. For a brand that positions itself around thoughtful gifting and premium service, timely delivery is the bare minimum. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve their reliability for future customers.

Pathetic service, they were supposed to deliver it by now but they haven't and no one is responding to the customer care number. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THEM. There are plenty other reliable ones.

The flowers from FIORELLA are absolutely enchanting — every arrangement feels like a little work of art. The flowers are always fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully paired, showing such a keen eye for beauty and detail. The way you blend colors, scents, and textures creates a magical atmosphere that brightens anyone’s day. Beyond the blooms themselves, their service is warm and personal, making each customer feel truly valued. It’s clear that every bouquet carries not just flowers, but care, creativity, and heart.
