FNP : Florist in Delhi

The worst kind of flowers delivered. Paid ₹800 for a lousy bunch of flowers which didn't even last 1 day. Actual cost must not be more than ₹200. On complaining, it was said that the flowers are fresh and budding but you can see that they didn't bloom at all. Better to get a bouquet from a road side vendor than paying so much to these guys. Their customer service is also unhelpful. Relay the same response again and again - "Slight difference in actual and website images."

When I went to shop for the first time, I found everyone not talking to me nicely, the way one talks to a customer. I didn't like their behavior at all

I ordered a cake and flowers online -an order of over INR 6000!! They spoilt my Dad's 70th birthday by not delivering it on the day. I couldn't get through to any of their numbers all day. I asked to cancel the order and then all of a sudden the order was on the way at 11pm! Online chat was automated... Not one human on the other end and it didn't let me cancel or provide refund. I get a call at 11.38pm from the delivery guy. He brought me a squished up smelly cake which I paid good money for. Photo attached!! I am never ever using FNP ever again! Pathetic brand and even more pathetic customer service. If you love your family members don't use this service! UPDATE: THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ANY COMPENSATION BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY DELIVERED THE CAKE IN GOOD CONDITION. They mean to say in the few seconds that they handed over the cake to us it got destroyed somehow. Fraudulent company with fraud practices who is just duping its customers.

I had a housewarming party to attend and wanted to gift a Ganpati idol to the family. When I visited Ferns n Petals (FNP, Dwarka Sector 11, Pocket 4) with the idol, I was impressed by their suggestion to present it in a beautifully adorned pinewood gifting basket with flowers. The outcome at the price I was looking for was simply stunning!! I also had another gift that needed wrapping, and I requested a simple and elegant design. As you can see in the pictures, their work exceeded my expectations. The entire experience, from the creative suggestions to the end-to-end execution was delightful, I must say. The staff and store manager were incredibly cordial and welcoming. I highly recommend Ferns n Petals stores for anyone looking for unique gifting ideas or premium gift-wrapping solutions. I bought a flower and asked if they had a bag. They said they didn't have one. I politely asked them to check again and told them that if they had a bag, I would pay for it. They eventually found a paper cake bag. I asked, "Okay, how much is it? I'll pay." You won't believe it—they charged me ₹50 for a paper bag. I know it's usually free, and they know it's usually free too. If they had charged me ₹10, I would have considered it reasonable. But charging ₹50—equal to the cost of a rose—for a simple paper bag is completely unreasonable. It is both immoral and ethically wrong.
