Thank you for sending the gifts, such a warm team, what I expected it's more than that....In a short time you guys arrange all the things.. All the best, highly recommend
Very hopeless very disappointing. First of all the order was very late and delayed. And didn’t get few items present on the order. And no refunds for additional charges i made for delivery as it was to be delivered yesterday but came today . Flowers were also dry . Executive not answering call properly. Really hopeless . Dont even deserve 1 star but what will they remember . Also the flowers are overpriced but for the sake of good packing and delivery I thought it was worth it but no it left me disappointed . Don’t ever use fnp guys I wouldn’t recommend using it 🙏🏻
Sorry to inform you that the ferns and petals services is going down, no tracking, no customer support, today i’ve ordered for my husband birthday: Order ID: 66682944 Gift(s): Butterscotch Bento Cake N Crimson Rose Bouquet,Timeless Valentine Balloon Bouquet Delivery Date: 14-10-2025 But the delivery agent only delivered the bouquet and cake was not there, when i asked him, he told me cake is not ready and he will deliver the same within 1 hour, i waited and then informed the customer care team, but there response was not at all satisfactory, it seems no one is bothered for the time, money and emotion invested in, please check
