Poor customer service. Very bad customisation I asked for photo cakes and uploaded a photo, they sent me with somebody else's photo
order no 689350 waiting for two days not yet delivered no one is picking up when i call on customer care such a bad service just showing false information that delivery was attempted on both days at the exact same time but was never contacted by the delivery person just going to my bank and filing a dispute tomorrow
Pathetic service and delivery...my wife order a gift from here ..the gift delivered is entirely different and simple packing unlike fancy packing shown in site ..the time slot given was not followed and changed at will from company side ..and customer care response was worst ...rude and arrogant...we have already paid online and hence left with no choice ... It's better to avoid bogus sites like this and go for trusted sites ..lesson learnt for us

Highly disappointed..first of all the cake design ordered was nt the same..I had ordered pure chocolate cake and I received chocolate cream .the design was diffrent...and after complaining they r nt picking my no.
Disappointing experience....the one I ordered was not delivered instead basic red roses bouquet was delivered....the message on which the paper was printed was also not clear...and not presentable...I didn't pay for this card and bouquet... would never recommend it to anybody...
Very pathetic service, I ordered on 13th Feb, flowers & Chocolate for my wife for Valentine Day.During order, it was committed to deliver between 6 AM to 9 PM on 14th Feb. But order was delivered after 10 PM and no information was there about delay, no information about delivery boy... Don't order anything from MyFlowerTree....
