Great place…. Fresh flowers!!! Brilliant service !!!!
The shop has alot of varieties of flowers they all are fresh and smell amazing,flowers are useful in alot of occasions whether it be love,sorrow, peace and purity if you want to gift some lovely flowers along with cake, chocolate and a variety of gift hampers this is one point stop for you. I recommend this to all .

I want to register a complain against ferns n petal punjabi bagh branch. The person handling this store(labour) very cunningly had stole my 1000 rs. My daughter had kept on d counter n as it's her fault too she forgot n got busy in writing d message. Very cunningly he took d money. On telling him to show CCTV footage. He didn't show. He told that it's not working,we cant show. I want ferns n petals owner or d head office to please look into d matter n help me out. I have no hassles with any other things from ferns n petals.Its a very good bouquet shop. Thanks

One of the worst experiences I had ordering a Cake. If this is the service that Ferns N Petals provide I am never going to place any order or suggest anybody for ordering product from your website. But I will make sure that people should not order anything from your website because if the customer care itself don't know the status of the order than this is the worst service that anybody can imagine to have. Worst Service and assistance Ever..!!
