Amazing service
Extremly bad experiences... First tym with quality if flowers delivered.. Second time with delivery...neither cancelling my order nor sending on time... You charge so much ..inspite we order beacause of brand value and whats the thought of delivering after birthday..should hav asked to camcel or give me exact delivery day
We had a terrible experience dealing with this company recently. Couple days ago, we placed an order worth over ₹6k to buy bouquet n a cake to celebrate special occasion of a family member. On the due day, we kept waiting for the order but it didn't arrive even by 10 pm. Tried to cancel the order, but automated customer service was of no help. Finally, the delivery boy turned up at Society gate past 11.30 pm, obviously declined entry at that hour. So the senior citizen had to walk down 50 metre to take delivery in middle of the night. Upon reaching home, checked the cake which was squishy n smelly. Bouquet had more ferns than flowers. We reported the matter n had detailed interaction with the company but it declined either to take on responsibility for inordinate delay or the substandard quality of stuff. No refund, not even a compensation, we're left deeply dejected on our special family day. Beware people of this fraud company that doesn't deliver on time nor does it have best interests of customers in mind. Only objective is to fleece unsuspecting customers. No further business from our family.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience with FNP Punjabi Bagh! The flowers were delivered to my girlfriend, and the overall service was excellent. The team was professional, the delivery experience was smooth, and everything went well. Really appreciate their efforts in making the experience special.
