I have ordered a cake yesterday and deliver was in 4 hrs It's more then 24hrs now, I haven't received my cake. I was told yesterday that it can't be delivered in Mumbai after 6pm so you will try it tomorrow but it's 6pm now too. Now no one is receiving the call too. I Wonder that is this site genuine? Y do you'll take order if you can't deliver it? Ican understand the current situation but it's not good to keep costumer waiting. Doesn’t seems to be genuine. I placed an order on 27th Mar, which was never delivered and I am still struggling to get my amount back. Anyone planning to place an order, request you not to do so.. they seem to be fake and the positive reviews received might be a paid one. Such people should be dragged to court and they should be sue

i am not sure whether this is a genuine site or a fraud one, because i ordered Roses for my fiancee on occasion of valentine day. This site took order and i selected time frame between 12 Pm to 4 Pm for delivery but still roses are undelivered. No one picks up call, they do not reply on their live chat nor they are interested in reverting to email. Please do not place any order on this site they are total fraud. They even don't have any tracking system They have spoil my occasion. It was my first experience on this site but very very bad and upsetting. I recommend never ever order from this site.

It,s very very bad. I ordered cake to deliver on 7th July but they didn't deliver it and I asked for refund that also they didn't provide. Later I asked them to deliver the cake on 27 th Oct. But they deliver the cake from local shop with worth of Rs300/_ but I order cake worth Rs699/_. If I asked about this they didn't not provide proper response. They are cheating like anything. Pls be careful with them.

I just want the "Reply from the owner". Order number is 100006238. Seeing all the reviews, you people are fake because your replying only to selective people. When will the refund be done? I don't think you people are genuine. The cake was ordered on july 6th and it was charged extra for midnight delivery and it was not delivered. Today it is 06-08-2020 it's a month and no response from your team.

I had ordered a cake in Hyderabad 1 month back which was supposed to be delivered on 10th of May, however the same was not delivered and also there was no update from their end of the order is getting delayed or they'll not at be able deliver at all. Also no refund generated from their end even though they have mentioned that if my order is not delivered due to lockdown I am entitled to full refund.

Very bad experience. they make my occasion worst. 1)unprofessional team 2)no prior information that they are considering my order as cancel. 3)No refund on cancellation instead they will give voucher. 4)they did'nt delivered card with cake. As there are many online cake websites are vailable please make use of that. this is worst bad website for suprise.

Worst service, very bad experience. They don't even bother to inform that they are not able to deliver the cake which was ordered a day before. Don't even call and apologize. Very much disappointed. Forget about delivering, they don't even talk about the refund. It is we have to remind them about the refund. Pathetic and disgusting. Will not recommend any of my friends, relatives and known persons to order anything on their website.

Poor Customer Service!!! An Employee named Rohit Just hung up the call without even letting to speak. Adding to the misery firstly it was delayed late , secondly there was no message on the cake & also we ordered for the flowers which was not delivered. Reason being there was no flowers!!! I would never recommend this website to any body else again. Customer Service like mentioned earlier is really very poor!! I have attached the photos for all your reference. They haven't got back with an email or call yet!
