Great service. Timely delivery, good artist. Thanks Sandeep and team
Very quick service. Also good variety of flowers
Very disappointed Highly unprofessional A local vendor would have delivered better On asking to amend denied to do so Very bad experience
This shop has very good collection of fresh flower and I had a very good experience here
Funtastick store, very supportive staff. Nice color plants are available, good collections.
Best quality flowers.. And supportive staff
Very humble and polite staff. It was a really good experience as the staff was really helpful in choosing the best bouqet and delivered the gift right on time.
I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday while being situated abroad. The service that I received was unsatisfying , the bouquet was supposed to reach between the timeframe of 12pm and 3pm. I called them approximately 3-4 times with concerns regarding my order as it wasn't even out for delivery, but they kept on reassuring me that "dont worry , your order will be received within the given time slot" the time slot passed and they are telling me the bouquet wasn't even made. The service was disappointing and not at all professional.
Very attentive to detail, polite and trustworthy. The florist (Debu) was super kind and adjusting and ensured that all my concerns were allayed. Very good for custom orders.
Warning: Don’t waste your money on this company! They’ll ruin your special moment. Their ‘express delivery’ is a total scam. I paid extra, but my bouquet never arrived on time which is the 7-9am slot. They told me at 10 am that they wouldn’t deliver the bouquet before 2pm. To make matters worse, they changed my order last minute, saying the flowers weren’t available. FNP IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!
