FNP: Flower & Cake Shop in New Delhi

TERRIBLE Quality - Ferns and Petals Vasant Kunj. Large bouquet of red roses became black and wilting LESS than 24 hours after delivery. VERY POOR Quality and DISHONEST company as assured us the bouquet was not OLD (don't burn 5000 rupees go elsewhere, Anywhere BUT FNP)

I spent over ₹18,000 on what was supposed to be a premium bouquet of 75 roses, ordered from overseas. What arrived was a complete disappointment — the smallest rosebuds of extremely poor quality that wilted and turned black within nine hours. To make matters worse, the delivery missed the special occasion entirely, arriving a full day late. Despite repeated follow-ups, the merchant offered no apology or replacement. Instead, there were nearly 20 calls from vendors and FNP pressuring the recipient to accept the shoddy arrangement. Deeply unprofessional service and not remotely worth the price or brand reputation Interflora claims to have. I would strongly advise others not to order from Ferns n Petals (FNP)

Quick service from the vendor, my order was delivered on time. Humbled with their politeness.

Good services of all kind of gifting and celebration products. Ordered flowers for a friend on her birthday and was delivered at her doorstep on time.

Here’s a nice, polished and positive review for Ferns & Petals, Vasant Kunj: ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Review – Ferns & Petals, Vasant Kunj I had a wonderful experience with Ferns & Petals in Vasant Kunj. Their flower arrangements are absolutely beautiful, fresh, and thoughtfully crafted. The staff was very polite, patient, and helped me choose the perfect bouquet. The delivery was perfectly on time, and the packaging was elegant and premium. If you’re looking for high-quality flowers, quick service, and a smooth overall experience, I definitely recommend Ferns & Petals Vasant Kunj. They truly know how to make special moments even more memorable!

Amazing experience, we got a lovely bouquet from this place. Recommended!

I would be very cautious about relying on this seller to deliver cakes or flowers on time, as their service has noticeably deteriorated. For my mother’s birthday, her flowers and cake were delivered seven hours late, long after her party had ended. It was extremely disappointing to see a company, which has grown thanks to loyal customers, fail to honor basic commitments.

Had a lovely flower arrangement made with pink roses in a glass bowl. They have a good variety of flowers, cakes and gift hampers! Great experience :)
