Typical tourist trap. Friends visited the lotus temple & then we were to meet at Dilli haat INA. Auto drivers and tourist guides took them to this place and upon learning that they would make no sale, auto drivers refused to drive them anywhere. I had to eventually drive down and pick them up and save them from the hassle only because I lived 20 minutes from the place. Store owners and management refused to be of any help

Horrible Experience & Unacceptable Customer Service - AVOID This Shop! My recent experience was, without a doubt, the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying anything from here. It all started when I was given the wrong saree with my purchase. When I went back to exchange it, they didn't have the same piece in stock. Instead of offering a refund, they issued a coupon. I made two separate trips to the shop trying to use this coupon, but couldn't find anything I liked, rendering the coupon completely useless. When I finally requested a refund for the original purchase, the staff, especially the guy at the reception with glasses, became incredibly rude. He not only refused to give me my money back but also started arguing with me, which is completely unacceptable. The entire ordeal was a testament to their terrible customer service and unprofessional staff. I will never return to this shop, and I've already warned my family and friends to not buy anything from there. Save yourself the hassle and frustration; take your business elsewhere.

Warning: tourist trap! Really poor quality at exorbitant prices. I was brought here by a scammy tour guide, but based on the prices and quality I was shown I did not buy a thing. Guess they use the “Delhi Haat” name so that unsuspecting tourists will think they are actually at the market. Avoid at all cost.

I visited Delhi. I purchased a piece of jewelry; the owner showed me several pieces so quick! Sold me one saying it was 925 k silver and gold. In USA in the jewelry store they checked it’s nothing but a piece of garbage. Plastic and some cheap metal. I am sure my Bank of America credit card will honor me in this fraud. The owner gave me a “ Certificate of Guarantee “…. It’s a scam

Great variety of clothing, textiles, art, jewelry and crafts. I bought a beautiful lehenga and they made the alterations and hand delivered it to my hotel within hours before I left! That is service! Special mention to Rahul who is an excellent salesman! I also appreciated learning about the background and families involved in the cooperative. The detailing on the stoles are amazing. I would highly recommend making this a part of your itinerary for some retail therapy!
