Worst scam place for tourists. Lots of fake leather, damaged souvenirs the sell for artisanal and poorly made items. Prices are between 1.5x and double of what you can find at Delhi airport, and 3 times more of normal shops. Personnel rude and pushy claim prices are fixed as this is a shop owned by the Delhi government, but they chase you with discounts when you walk away.

Came here with a friend and there were many things to choose from. Bought some nice things on the top floor:) Danish was very friendly and gave us great advice! Definitely visit this store if you‘re nearby:)

We visited this shop in mid november with freinds.we like this place as our other friends suggested us.we bought some block prints and jaipuri blankets which are very nice and beautiful,the owner and saff of the store is very humble.we like this stire and recomend for other people who like to buy beautiful Indian souvenors.

I went delhi haat and the team there really took good care of me. I literally walked out of the store with a garment of my dream. I am fully emersed in the Indian culture. I can’t wait to hit the streets . I highly recommend you come for all your local garments

TOTAL SCAM😬 STAY AWAY!! My tour guide took us here after a person in my group asked to go to Dilli Haat (the government sanctioned market for local handicrafts.) The name is similar for a reason because they are fooling you from the beginning. We were given the song and dance about handmade silk rugs fashioned by master craftsmen that took ages to make. I ought two expensive rugs. After they were shipped back to USA I took them to an oriental rug cleaner to get out the wrinkles and they told me that they were total fakes—cotton and machine made. After many months of dealing with a rep from this place and with my credit card company, I was told by Delhi Haat that they would “charge back” refunding me my money. But the scam was not over yet, because they sent me fake emails from their bank saying the refund was being processed. My credit card company finally gave me back the money after an investigation and declaring it FRAUD. I was was very disappointed in my nice guide who did this for a few rupees in his pocket. I am starting to wonder is it Incredible India or Incredible scam/hustle India? Please DO NOT GO HERE! !

Best shopping place in Delhi. Beautiful collection of hand made things and Very reasonable prices compare to local market. And best service they provide to customers...

Clearly a tourist trap. The majority of TukTuk driver forced us to go there even when telling them several times that we don’t want to. Nevertheless we went there for once and it was overpriced and clearly a scam. The Lotus temple nearby is definitely worth visiting.
