Indian Loom

We were brought there by our rickshaw driver without our consent. The driver was telling us about the shop and dropped us off there even though it was not at all where we wanted to go! Probably commission based. We did not enter the shop but be aware as it seems to be a common scam. We did not pay the rickshaw driver but he refused to bring us back to our starting point.

Irshad and team were really very helpful with my purchases. They have a wide range of collection! I would definitely recommend people to come and visit ! They packed it really well for me to bring it back.

Just Walk away. Avoid them. The it sales model is not pushy but aggresive and they move you from one section to another ecennif you say no and no. The auto rickshaw took me to them and i didn’t look at the reviews on the internet. Long story short: last february the 4th 2024 i bought a ring in 18k white gold (i have the invoice that describes it) and they delivered me a ring in 14k white gold. The Rest of the story ? Phone calls (i was already far away from new delhi) without any apology or compensation.. Walk away. Javier (Spain)

Beware! This shop is part of a plan where certain faces of Rajiv Chowk direct tourist to. The Loom has higher prices than Indian standard and they sell things with oppressive attitude and refuse to tell the price directly. Have a local friend to have your back when visiting. Otherwise, great quality with the rings but fridge magnets are 7-8 EUR with poor quality.

I've been a loyal customer of this store for years, and I'm continually impressed by the quality of their products. Whether it's textiles, carpets, or handicrafts, they never disappoint.

TOURIST SCAM. Their guest book is full of foreigners, locals do not shop here because the prices are outrageous. There are so many scammers on the street that are willing to take you here to get a little comission. Just check the dates of the good reviews, they are all done in the same month, this is probably at least their third Google page because of bad reviews.

They have a beautiful collection of handcrafted textiles and garments. The quality is top-notch and the designs are unique and stylish. I highly recommend checking them out!

Tourist trap, told by at least 3 people on the street to go to India Loom. Salesman were pushy and constantly trying to seel you something. Product is overpriced compared to other shops.
