Choudhary Book Depot

I went to buy one book and one magazine I luckily found one book but couldn't found the magazine.. Overall this book shop is great you can easily find the guide books for JMI nad JNU entrance. Seller are good morally. I loved it.

The style of these people to do business is very bad, what have they become by talking like this, it is not achieved just by opening a shop. They didn't know that how to deal with customer

I bought a book from this shop which was defective. The shopkeeper refused to exchange it and also did not give a proper bill. This is not acceptable. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this shop to others.

Prominent book shop in jamia nagar. They have all competition exams books and other books. Also stationary items. Prices are moderate.

I bought ncert maths textbook which was defective, I mean 1 chapter was missing and now the shopkeeper is saying I cannot help it... Like you need to purchase new book. This was the first and last time I visited the shop

I had a very disappointing experience at Chaudhary Book Depot. I purchased an item from the shop and later wanted to exchange it, but they completely refused to exchange the item. What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated by the staff. The behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of politely explaining the exchange policy or listening to the customer’s concern, they behaved in a very disrespectful manner. I understand that every shop may have its own exchange policy, but customers deserve to be treated politely and respectfully. I was genuinely disappointed because the issue could have been handled in a much better way. Good customer service is not just about selling an item; it is also about how you treat customers when they come back with a genuine concern. Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing behaviour. I would not recommend Chaudhary Book Depot based on my experience.
