There are all books available here for competitive exams, if there is shortage of any book, owner quickly arrange them from anywhere else. I've visited offline and have no idea about their online business.
Donot order books from them as they say something else and send something else. I havr myself put complaint against them in consumer court as they've sent me trash (yes you read it right trash book) which is of no use. Most importantly they are so much irresponsible they wont pick your call afterwards. And they deleted my earlier review and blocked me.
They are selling the Xerox copy book at MRP. The print quality is readble. Be it old NCERT or New NCERT you will get black and white books at the MRP. The only good thing is that. All the items required for upsc aspirants are available.
Overall Good services... But they forgot to do my notes spiral, that's why I need to wait there for more than 45 min. Rest is good because they provide services by hand to hand to other persons... So you must visit if you are a upsc aspirant... They have almost all material of UPSC as I observed👍👍👍 …
Never ask for courier service from this store. They took my money and didn’t delivery my material. Response regarding queries is pathetic. They never took my calls and gave me no details after the payment. Total Fraud ! Alert People
His owner is the worst. I ordered books from here. He said that he will send within 1-2 days. But they got delivered after 10-15 days. There is not even any lockdown. He is responsible for delivering it on time and he will blame the courier. The owner is very rude and he will not even pick up the phone. Please do not buy from here. The owner is very bad. Their service is very bad. According to my personal experience, go for Image Runners. They are really good. They deliver on time. Someone told me that Pankaj copiers is also good. Please guys I know that time is very valuable in preparation especially UPSC. DO NOT ORDER FROM AARU BOOKS.
Fraud Book Store. Took money for courier of notes and books but didn't deliver. Now they are not even answering the phone calls. Beware Aspirants!!! You might LOSE your money.
