Gud service but jb nikle to apne jo bola hai wo notes ar book ek bar recheq kr le kyuki mera to ek nhi rakha
Donot order books from them as they say something else and send something else. I havr myself put complaint against them in consumer court as they've sent me trash (yes you read it right trash book) which is of no use. Most importantly they are so much irresponsible they wont pick your call afterwards.
Meri book abhi tak nhi aaye h mere sister bht paresan h kafi phele payment kr di h abhi tk nhi aai book m Madhya Pradesh se hun na hi yeh log call receive kr re h na hi koi reply de re h ...... anushka Dhakad k name se book mangaya hai please reply
2years back Aaru was giving best deal in karol bagh .. but now price is high, atleast they can allow discount on pirated books
The worst bookseller First they took 10 days to pack my order and then after so many calls they sent me the fake courier slip whose shipment shows udaipur instead of my punjab address now its been 10 days they are not responding to my calls and messages.
Aaru books is very trusted book store in the field of upsc preparation at Karol bagh....I personally had an experience of good conduct by the owner and employees....
Sabse bakwash services dene wala aaru books stationary. Paisa lene ke bad bahut ghumane me exprt hain in log. Very bad couriers service and irresponsible person.
Worst shop hai bhai maine payment kr rkha hai inhe books ke liye lekin ab na ye meri call pick kr rhe na message ka reply
I enquired about a book in the morning if it is available or not, the owner said it is available, you wouldn't have to wait. But when I reached there and asked for the same, first the staff didn't know about the book, then called the owner, the owner came in about 15 minutes, checked for the book for about 10 minutes, then told me "It's not available, you'll have to wait 20 mins as I can print it out for you." Then I waited for there a total of 1 hr.
Fraudsters running the shops. Its been more than a month since I've paid money for books to be couriered but haven't received anything yet. Now they've stopped picking up my phone as well.
