The shop is amazing. They have all the toys one can ask for. Must visit shop, especially for collectors. The owner is a very nice person very humble Everything is just amazing

This place must have been a grand one in the olden days. I visited this place three years ago as it was near the hotel where I stayed. I was disappointed as most of the toys were made in china ones. The same ones you get at cheaper rates in Chandni chowk. Few collections of figurines and mandibles of popular cartoon and action characters are available but are on the expensive side. The people who came include people known to the owner so the nostalgia factor is also helping in running the shop. Came back buying bubble stuff.

I faced discrimination when went to the shop. The old man on the counter was really rude and asked us to leave or put the money on the table to buy stuff. We were greeted warmly by his saying “You can’t afford it”. What a way to keep up the reputation. Way to go.

Good location. Must have been a rock star in old days. Nostalgia for old timers. Easy car park and walk in for quick buy. Hamleys is nearby for better product and similar price range. But probably need more parking time and walking time.

If goggle give option for zero star rating, I would have given zero rating then. Today I and my friend went to this shop I. D block, Cannaught place to purchase gift for a child. We liked one toy and asked them give some discount, as we indian always ask for it, but the owner got offended somehow and said that we are bullying her. Then my friend ask to her to gave toy battery atleast in complementary, she denied that too. Then my friend again said in humorous way " that you people offer gift packing for free or charge for this too. The owner again got offended and said that this is mean. She is so rude and the best part is we purchase the same toy online in Rs 900 and she asked us to pay Rs 1350 for that. Owner must be humble and down to earth if wanna Excel but she is completely opposite of it.

Hamleys of 80s and 90s is still a standout with a great collection of classic and modern toys. Making anyone feel like a kid. What adds to the charm is the larger than life persona and a happy conversation with the grand owner who is a master story teller and one of the best thing about the toy store.

One of the oldest toy stores in India. They have a good selection of toys. I've bought Revell models and Hot Wheels from them. If you are in CP and looking for a place which offers a wide selection of toys then do visit these guys.

One of the oldest and best toy shops in Delhi. All possible varieties available, or they can arrange for you. No discounts or bargaining though, but you get the best things. Very amazing helpful staff. Must visit if you like such stuff, located at the heart of Delhi - CP

The worst person is the owner. Two days ago, I visited their store with my friend to inquire about the WWE trump cards. He made an obnoxious grimace and put his palm over his ears as if an eardrum had burst before saying, "Aap dheere nahi bol sakte (even after i asked him slowly about the trump cards)." When I asked him about the old WWE cards, he responded that he didn't have any in his inventory. Since he doesn't have what I want, of course my first instinct would be to leave his store. I responded with "thank you uncle pokemon cards nahi chahiye" So he reacted in a haughty and conceited manner once more and uttered the words, "Jao mere shop se niklo aap you dont deserve it." I was shocked, and as I was leaving the store, he made some very rude gestures. He started by tapping his head, seemingly irritated that we had entered his store, and then he said, "Pata nahi kahan kahan se aajate hain yeh bacche," and made the sign "bahar niklo." I was taken aback by the gesture, thinking, "What's up with this uncle's attitude? I know you own a legendary, old store, but that doesn't mean you should treat us badly." They overcharge for their UNO cards as well. I also requested the standard and flip versions of the Uno card. He was limited to one sort, the typical one. Accordingly, the price he informed me was 169, which is 30 rupees more than what Amazon charges and 89 rupees more than what a typical stationery or retailing store charges. It's the worst toy store I've ever been to

Pathetic store nobody explains anything.. No doscount.. In this era who buys things on MRP. Rude owner and equivalent rude staff.. Dony go dont buy from here.
