Pathetic. Premium Price for absolutely nothing. Don't have 1% of variety as posted on Google. Straight forward Scandal. Selling items of ₹39 at ₹399.

I wish the store was bigger as i could not get enough of it. I there mainly for the historic appeal. The owner was awesome and so humble. I will buy model planes from the store as soon as i'm back in Delhi

Pathetic Experience I bought a nerf zombie blaster gun from this store and within a few days the gun went bad. After complaining they said that i can visit the store and they will check. The store firat of all did not accept that it was a faulty product but after a lot of argument they said that i can leave the toy and they will contact nerf and see what can be done. I waited for at least 15 days and finally called them to which they said i can come and buy a different item but the money qill not be refunded. I then got another gun (delta trooper) by paying extra which also went bad after a few months. I would request you to not viait the store as 1st of all its overpriced (the same product can be bought online at a cheaper rate) and secondly they are only polite when you visit their store for the 1st time. I hope my long review will be able to savemoney for some parents.

staff are too good in talk must say.. visited here a long time ago just saw a picture of mine near this shop then womdered that should give them a compliment. very good to know that place is really old .kinda toy shop in which you can find some unique stuffs . must visit if you are planning to buy a toy for your kids .,grandsons etc.. you can find stuffs like miniature and all.. its in d block

This place is very easy to find and the shop has most of the things that you may need. The shop is tightly filled with all the items so looking for stuffs is difficult but the staffs will help you out. The prices are on the higher end. I wish they had more variety of action figures rather than more quantity of similar items.

Had a bad experience by visiting today at Ram Chander & Sons, they had a very very old stock of die cast mattel cars of Hot Wheels & of other brands. I visited here to buy a Hot Wheels car for my son, after a scroll of around 10 minutes i found one car, i bought the same and at the billing counter one old man was sitting (may be he was the owner, I don't know exactly) to whom i offered for any of the online payment modes available but that old man sarcastically looked at me and said that he will not accept the online payment for this tiny amount of Rs.120/- i have to pay in cash, it shocked me alot as in these pandemic times everyone is preferring online payment modes instead of touching and accepting cash currency. But as per the age and orthodox behaviour of that old man i was insisted for cash payment, moreover for my purchase made i was not given any kind of Tax Invoice / Bill for the same. I heard many positive reviews on the videos available on YouTube regarding this Ram Chander & Sons, Toy Shop, but it all goes wrong with me with my today's experience of visiting this shop.

there are few varieties of toys here but everything is too expensive. i checked exact same items online (Amazon/Flipkart) with much lower prices. i purchased for total ₹12,000 (drone, rc car, miniature characters etc). that was my biggest mistake! i searched online and i found i could save atleast ₹5000 rarher buying from this arrogant old man who sits in cashier
