Toyland Delhi

I purchased a few toys from here. The business model of Sardarji is based on deception. He procures cheap Chinese toys but sells at high margin. He will show you 1 toy which works (at that time), but will handover the toys that don't work. A few toys that I purchased worked for a few days, but most were non-functional from 1st day, as those are bad quality Chinese toys. his workers get scared if you ask them to show whether toy works or not. As why would customers buy a non-functional toy?? They are very clever and plan their responses in advance. They will only show the piece which they are confident would work. And sometimes they don't even respond if you ask them to display how a toy works. I made a huge mistake of visiting Toyland despite knowing the risks, as I had seen negative reviews, and I wanted to try a few toys. But now, after facing a loss of 4500 Rupees on non-functional Chinese toys, I regret this MISTAKE. PLEASE VISIT THIS SHOP ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY WHICH YOU DONT MIND LOSING. THESE ARE EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY TOYS. SARDARJI WILL CONFIDENTLY TELL YOU THAT IT IS NON RETURNABLE WITH NO WARRANTY , BUT ITS FOR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT ALL OF HIS TOYS ARE OF EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY SO IT IS BOUND TO STOP FUNCTIONING IN A FEW DAYS. UNDERSTAND HOW I AM FEELING AS 5-6 TOYS THAT I PURCHASED FROM HIM ALL STOPPED FUNCTIONING WITHIN 1-2 WEEKS, EVEN WHEN PRICE OF MOST OF THESE TOYS WAS OVER 800RS. THE JUMPING DUCK TOY DID NOT WORK FROM 1ST DAY AND I HAD NO ANSWER FOR MY KID WHO WAS EXPECTING TO PLAY WITH THAT TOY AFTER I REACHED HOME AFTER VISITING HIS SHOP. BE AWARE AND DONT GET INFLUENCED BY HIS INSTA VIDEOS ! THESE ARE ALL CHEAP QUALITY BUT SOLD AT HIGH PRICE BY SARDARJI. UNDERSTAND HIS BUSINESS STRATEGY!

Very Disappointing In-Store Experience - Don't Go by Online Videos I visited this shop yesterday, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The way customers are treated in the store is completely different from the nice image portrayed in online videos. Honestly, **good marketing and online videos mean nothing if the actual in-store experience is this disappointing.** Customer service matters just as much as the products being sold. Based on my personal experience, I would think twice before visiting again. I would advise others to read reviews carefully before deciding to visit this store.
