"Toyland Delhi se toys purchase karne ka experience bahut accha raha! Yahan toys ki quality top-notch hai aur collection bhi kafi bada hai. Staff ka behavior polite aur helpful tha, unhone baccho ke age-group ke hisab se sahi toys suggest kiye. Prices bhi reasonable hain. Highly recommended for kids' shopping!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This man and wife has so much of attitude... they dont value their customers... we visited the shop and selected items worth 10000, but this man (owner)himself has zero time to attend the customer refused to let us check the items whether all the products were working properly or not.. he simply denied and than we rejected all the products and bought nothing... we will pay 1000 extra but buy the products as per our satisfaction.. Giving this big explanation itself means u r wrong... and a lot of know people of mine has visited your store and sorry but they also have same opinion... u should own up to your rudeness and learn professionalism when dealing with your customers... we were buying merely 3 products costing 10000 which we asked to get it checked(which is basic need).. not all all 1000 of products.... FYI Secondly we never opened any products box.. it's your own staff.. so blame them for it. And not us.. better u check the facts fisst and than reply ...accordingly.
Had a wonderful shopping experience with Toyland Delhi. The toys are really good quality, the collection is amazing, and there are so many fun and educational options for kids. The staff was very helpful and polite, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle free Really happy with my purchase.Definitely recommended for anyone looking for great toys at good prices.🧸🎁✨
Excellent
Bought a toy for my kid, during demo at shop itself it was making noise but they didnt examine it or compared it with other set. As first time purchasor and the kind of toy it is (racing car) you cant judge if this noise is a feature or defect. In just half an hour both cars stopped working. I shared a vedio as well but got a reply ki thik ho gai to karwa denge replace nhi hogi. So when it was making noise at shop itself at that time why they didnt take another peice. Pls check sound of the recording as well for your own satisfaction. It was making noise at the shop itself. Overall bad experience
