Maskeen Toys Pvt Ltd

We have partnered with them for our playzone last year in Aug 2025 and with full confidence we can say that we have been cheated and scammed by them. They sold us big promises about their product quality that its imported and they would always be available for after sales service ‘Bas aap ek phone karna ji, ham available honge’ types. But in just few months of our playzone opening, their products have started showing true colors. Really bad quality products and most importantly, they have not even setup full activities…. The price they have charged is totally worthless and I can confidently say they scammed us. We have called them for after sales support but they are not even answering to our calls… Highly disappointed and advise everyone never work with them. ——————————— Please find my response inline: Payment will only be done once you fulfil your promises of providing full activities… 10 lacs of investment seems worthless as to what you have provided… Its not a small amount sir! Your zipline is not working (getting out again and again), all the sliding hurdles are broken), balls are of bad quality (daily 100-150 balls gets broken into pieces) … under bridge activities are missing… Do you think 10 lacs is just for zipline, trampoline, 2-3 slides, ball pool area and roleplays? We called you and your team lot of times but never expected a response back. We never failed to pay you whenever you asked for the payment. But now when we needed support and service from you, you are coming back with this kind of shameless response. Unbelievable! Expect a payment once all our issues are resolved.

We recently got play station installed by maskeen toys in our new school CEDAR VALLEY INTERNATIONAL and I was really impressed with the variety and quality of the product. The store has a wide range of products, from educational toys for younger children to more complex games for older kids. I was able to find something for every age group, and the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful in getting the right products.Their response is unbelievable when ever we have an issue with any product we purchased. The two seater benches that we bought also are so very qualitative.
