Lodhi sports

I recently purchased a pool table from Lodhi Sports, the Brunswick USA – Oakland II model, and the overall experience has been very smooth. The table was delivered and installed successfully, and I must say the final setup looks solid, well-finished, and exactly as expected. The build quality of the table feels premium, and once installed, it really enhances the look of the space. Everything was properly aligned and assembled, and the table plays well. I appreciate the professional handling during installation and the clear communication throughout the process. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and satisfied with the product quality and service provided by Lodhi Sports. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable pool table.

Childhood favorite. I have been going to this awesome store for well over 15 years. My first cricket bat, home gym equipments, badminton and tennis racket, tennis balls, darts, snooker table, shooting riffles, golf accessories, table tennis. You name it and they have it. Anything vaguely related to sports, they will be housing it. The people who own the store are always there taking care of customers needs, often giving additional discounts. The best sports store in Delhi, better than decathlon.

This is a very old sports store. They have everything you can think of. From cricket, football, tennis, badminton to gym equipment and sports wear. All major brands are available here. It's a veritable treasure trove! Staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. You can browse to your hearts content. They have an open door policy with dogs and you will find them sleeping inside the store. Very friendly dogs, who are fed by the staff and owner. We love visiting this store as you will always find whatever you need and can browse to your hearts content, with without being hounded!

Quite a place with all sports essentials under one roof and that too in good quality. From scooters to punching bags to swimming accessories all things under one roof. Love their quality and variety. They don't sell toys or cheap equipments all good quality and high range. Have been their customer since long and still using their products.

Would’ve rated it less than one if I could. These guys are extremely unprofessional. Placed an order for a tennis racket on Wednesday with assured delivery on Thursday. Thursday came- no update on the delivery timeline and all contact numbers were switched off. I physically went to the store and saw that it was shut as well. Same thing happened for Friday as well. I finally got in touch on Friday afternoon after persistently calling and was told that there was a bereavement in their family. I understood and apologies and was told that my order would be delivered on Monday. Monday comes and the order is here but the use porter for delivery without informing me. After delivery, i am being asked to pay the delivery charges. I call them up to clear the issue- no one picks my call. The porter guy also tries calling but to no avail. I have no option but to make the delivery payment. After spending almost 30k on equipment, this is how a customer is treated. Absolutely unacceptable and disappointing from such a “reputed” chain.
