Lodhi sports

One of the worst sports shops in delhi. They would rather let their dogs sleep inside than accommodate customers. I was asked to stand outside in the afternoon heat until my racket was being strung all for the reason that their dogs are sleeping inside and they would get disturbed by our presence. Moreover the staff was very rude and flippant. I would certainly not recommend this place to anyone. The most disheartening part was making the customer stand outside in 39C heat. Inspite of requesting them to let us stay in for another 10 mins until our work is getting done, they forced us out of the shop. Absolutely dissatisfied. Would never recommend this store to anyone. Go to Siri fort as the staff there is more humane. and accomodating.

The shop is located in the lutyens zone. This shop offers anything related to sports one can ever need. From cricket to lawn tennis and even running and gym equipments..It is definitely the best sports shop I've ever visited...Yes, they do sell the equipments on their actual mrp. But trust me...the quality of all the products is the best...They don't sell any chinese or local products...They only sell branded and good sports products..They are the largest sports equipment shop in India!

Nice shop we shop here..TT items staff very polite and gentle...

Good place for picnic with family and friends in winters you can plan good time with greenery

You can find few restaurants and sports equipment.... and that area is full of amazing and beautiful wall paintings...

If you want to experience all of it, move on foot. Different blocks have diffrent paintings. Try to explore it all, it's worth it. Good for photography. No shady places nearby though. Wear caps in summers ;)

Poor quality service and arrogant attitude. I went to this shop 2 times to purchase shuttle and to get my racket repaired. The quality of service is very poor. I had played hardly one game with that repaired racket and the result can be seen(picture attached). This shop is very pricy. They give everything on MRP with FREE ARROGANCE. I do not recommend this shop for any kind of purchase and repair of sports equipments.

Very bad service. I purchased a treadmill from this shop, and when it required repair, I contacted them. The person who answered the call was extremely rude and unprofessional. He demanded ₹2000 in advance before even arranging a service visit. When I asked why the payment was required upfront, he responded arrogantly and spoke in a very disrespectful manner, saying not to “teach him the market.” Such behavior is unacceptable, especially from a business that should value customers. I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend buying anything from this shop.

We fell victim to a scam when attempting to purchase a set of adjustable weights and a bench for our apartment. The company offered two options: a 24Kg set and a 40Kg set. Surprisingly, neither item had a price tag, so we inquired about the cost of the 40Kg set with the stand. They informed us that the weights were priced at 20000 rupees and the stand at 8000 rupees. Additionally, we explored the option of purchasing a bench for 35000 rupees. Altogether, the total came to 63000 rupees. We gave them a 5000 rupee deposit and requested delivery for the following Saturday. However, before paying the remaining balance, I noticed that they had charged us 40000 rupees for the weights. I immediately called the company, and a woman answered the phone. She insisted that we had a poor connection and we communicated via text instead. Through text, I told her about the overcharge, explaining that the price we were originally quoted was different. In response, she claimed that there was a misunderstanding and suggested that we visit the store to see the price tag on the item. Interestingly, there was no price tag on the item originally, which was the reason why we had to inquire about the price. It was clear that the price tag was placed after realizing their mistake (see attached photo with no price tag). Frustrated with their shady practices, I decided to cancel my order, collect my deposit and purchase the items directly from the manufacturer; which was 7000 rupees less. This company is shady so be careful if you decide to deal with them!

Lodhi Sports did an amazing job supplying and installing our cricket pitch turf in Gurgaon! Exceptional quality and professional service. Highly recommend for top-notch cricket facilities!
