Worst service. I gave two rackets (from HEAD and WILSON) for re-stringing. Within one week frames of both the rackets cracked. They did not even offer us a refund, let alone the compensation for the broken rackets.

Very disappointing experience — the store needs to take responsibility. Our experience in the store was excellent. The staff were helpful and professional, and they assisted us with choosing and purchasing a basketball hoop for our garden. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once we left the store. The delivery was delayed by one day, which was not a major issue. We have purchased many products from this store before and generally had a good experience. The real problem was the installation. The installer did not show up as scheduled, and we eventually had to physically visit the store twice just to find out what was happening. Meanwhile, the basketball hoop was sitting in its box for a week, while our children were waiting and asking when they could finally use it. When the installer eventually arrived, I unfortunately was not at home to supervise the work. What happened next is extremely disappointing: the product was installed carelessly and unprofessionally, and the installation has effectively ruined the usability of the hoop. It is not properly installed and cannot be used as it should be. This is not acceptable for an expensive product, especially from a company that sells and installs large equipment. If you offer installation as part of the purchase, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is installed correctly and safely. I expect the store to take responsibility, inspect the installation, and provide a proper solution — either correct the installation properly or replace the damaged/incorrectly installed product. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would strongly hesitate to purchase any expensive or large item from this store again.

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my experience with one of your staff members, Shagufta. During my purchases, I had already selected products that I believed were suitable for my needs. However, Shagufta repeatedly insisted that I choose different items instead. Trusting her recommendations and professional advice, I purchased the products she suggested. Unfortunately, after receiving and using them, I regretted almost every purchase, as the products did not meet my expectations and turned out to be unsuitable for my requirements. As a customer, this experience has left me feeling that the recommendations may not have been made in my best interest. While I cannot confirm the reason, it appeared as though there could have been some personal benefit or incentive involved in promoting those particular products. In addition, she took my phone and posted a positive review on her own behalf. At that moment, I did not think much about it, but later I realized that customer reviews should be genuine and written voluntarily by customers, not by staff members themselves. I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience. I trusted the guidance provided by your staff, only to end up regretting multiple purchases that I would not have made otherwise. I request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to ensure that other customers do not face a similar experience in the future.
