Have been to so many decathlon stores in Delhi NCR but have never been assisted better than Shagufta who is looking after swimming accessories section. She has been so helpful and helped me throughout to select correct products for my daughter and me. Thank You so much Shagufta

The service was amazing, super polite, kind, and very very helpful, especially Sumeet Mehta he helped me a lot, he was super helpful, patient, passionate about life and helping people, I loved the way I was treated and helped.

Had a great experience at Decathlon Vasant Kunj. The rack I was looking for was out of stock, but their sales representative, Ajaz, went out of his way to arrange it from another store in the NCR. He then personally followed up to ensure it was delivered and installed at my home. Ajaz was extremely courteous, sincere, and diligent throughout the process, with excellent follow-up at every step. It’s rare to come across such genuinely helpful and committed service. Would highly recommend Decathlon Vasant Kunj and especially Ajaz to everyone!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience at Decathlon! Everything related to sports is available under one roof. I was searching for some specific sports equipment for my son that I couldn’t find anywhere else — and to my surprise, we found everything we needed here. The variety, quality, and pricing are excellent. It’s truly a one-stop destination for all sports lovers. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing customer service. The overall interaction with the staff was poor, and no one seemed genuinely interested in helping customers. The cash counter operations were particularly pathetic, with a clear lack of coordination, attention, and willingness to assist. The team was busy talking among themselves while customers were waiting for assistance. What was even more disappointing was seeing the Operations Manager, who was roaming around near the cash counter, but he did not seem interested in taking responsibility or ensuring that customers were being properly attended to. When I raised the issue with him, he also did not seem interested in listening to or understanding the concern. The overall attitude from both the staff and management felt extremely casual and unprofessional. I expected much better service and professionalism. Hopefully, the store management takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service, cash-counter operations, and staff accountability.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited Decathlon Vasant Kunj about 4–5 days ago and had a great shopping experience. Sandeep Kumar, who was helping at the trial room, was very polite, supportive, and assisted me really well. His excellent customer service made my visit comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Sandeep, and keep up the good work!
