Ghulati Sports Emporium

I don't think there is any bigger sports equipments supplier than Ghulati in entire Delhi. You can find many varieties and brands here. Pros: 1) One stop shop for every sports related needs, you just name they sell everything one can imagine 2) Reasonable prices 3) Good connectivity 4) Helpful staff Cons: 1) This place is always flooded with customers especially in peak hours, therefore don't expect personal attention 2) They don't answer phone calls or text messages 3) Deals only in cash 4) Ambiguous return policy

The people don't know here how to treat their customers . They don't maintain the record and later on after taking the money don't send the product. Cheaters !!

Please waste your time and please don't buy anything from Ghulati Sports. Their products are of very poor quality and they sell old stored products only. They also don't provide any warranty for their sports product. I brought Wilson Tennis Racket for Ghulati Sports in June 2018 and it's handle became loose within one month of use. After complaint, they took my Racket for repair and since then I have visited the shop for 8 times and called shop for at least 20 times. But, I have yet to receive my repaired racket. Shop owner is the most useless fellow, not ready to extent any kind of help and always keep on shouting. Supporting staff is also of no use. Now, whenever I call they simply put the receiver down.

1. Unprofessional and useless guys. 2. Dont pick phone. 3. They took my bat and totally destroyed it instead of fixing it. 4. Owner shows very bad attitude. I would recommend to stay away from them, as i have heard multiple complaints about them now.

Very bad experience with cricket bat. Bought a complete cricket kit 10 months back along with SG cricket bat worth 7500. As I was new to buying a leather bat bought on sellers trust & name. That bat is not even worth 2000 as it vibrates alot even playing with a hard tennis ball, knocked it a lot but still the same poor performance later from my experience came to know that if you by a genuine sg bat of this range then it comes with proper cushioned bat cover and what i got was a low quality bat cover which you get with 1-2 k bat. Totally wasted my money. Buy at your own judgment else don't buy from here.

Ye sab nakli maal bechte hai. Overpriced and damaged product. I lost Rs. 40,000 for a treadmill. No service thereafter from shop. They don't even pick call after sale.

Nice shop. One can get every equipment related to sports goods as well as gym equipments/ machines. It is wholesale as well as retail shop. But for purchasing in whole sale rates customer have to purchase goods in bulk then only he / she will get proper discount. Overall product quality is good.

No After sale service, sold defective gym bench which has manufacturing flaw. They Would give you there visiting card but no one will pick tha call. Not reliable at all. Didn't expect such behaviour from such a big gym equipment seller. Better check the product thoroughly before paying. After payment is done you are on your own.

The worst service. One the sale is complete, they won't even talk to you properly over the phone. I had given a bat for repairing, which they reluctantly accepted, and it's been 1 month since. I haven't received any updates on the bat and they just don't pick up your calls if you call them on a regular basis. I live in Kanpur, so I cannot go over to the shop to complain about all this and talk to them in person. Choosing this shop over the other shops nearby now seems like a big mistake.

Worst product ever received, there is no after sales service. They don't entertain the problem arises after sometime. Intensionally forces you to buy there product rather than cosco or big brands product in the name of aftersale service but it's a fraud. Gulati sports emporium karol bagh
