worst experience with Gulati sports Emporium. I purchased equipments for my gym and they haven't provide me as service to assemble it,. Even after purchasing the equipment they started ignoring my calls my messages I am still having problem to assemble my equipment. The equipment comes with warranty. My product cost around 1.5 lakh. I ask them to providing my guideline to assemble it. Now none of them are receiving my phone. Now it seems like i waste my 1.5 lakh. they are fraud. Please don't buy product from them.

Worst service. I purchased a treadmill form their shop and they promised us to give 3 free services after every 2 months . We have contacted them many times but they are not giving the service .they are saying that i have told the technician he will come but no body came or contacted us .every time we asked them they always say this that i will send tomorrow but their tomorrow never comes. Don't expect after sales services from them .
